I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Maybe older versions of the app. I have a sinus infection and decided to give this a try. The app download, account sign up and setting up a video chat with a doctor took maybe 15 minutes! Doctor was extremely nice. He even looked down my throat over the phone! Simple to use! Please note that it will tell you the cost BEFORE you are connected to a doctor so give it a try. I've met my deductible so it was only $5.90 for the visit (10% coinsurance).

I wanted info pertaining to what providers are in my area to walk into the office not interested in Tele health. Also wanted a list of services provided based on my insurance coverage.

I have just tried to use this app to see a Dr and it crashes each time I enter payment information! What a waste of space!

In addition to having to scroll the calendar back to the year of your birth as others reported, there is also fee "Prior to Insurance " that you find, when choosing a provider.

I just signed up for Blue CareOnDemand. I look forward to using this app for any minor medical issues I may face. I hope yhe service and connectoon to the Doctor is reliable as described. The sign up was easy, except for your birth date. Simpler to just type in the date in 00/00/0000 format, rather than all of the scrolling to get the date in the middle. Glad to have this app !

It would not register me due to an error with my birthday. Had to scroll back through years to enter birthday and than it would reset to todays date when I tried to register. Than it wouldn't let me register as it showed me being under 18. Concept seems great but need to work out kinks. Have seen the same issue mentioned in several reviews.

When asked to input my birthdate, the calendar defaults to today's date. You can change the month and day, but have to actually arrow back through who knows how many years of months to get to my birth year (I'm over 40!). Who has time for that? The app thinks I'm under 18 since the birthday says 2016 andI can't complete the registration process. ????

This boots me out every time I put in a pharmacy and so I skipped it, so when I get to the end, it boots me out before connecting with a doctor. My daughter is sick and needed to get her in today, a little disappointed
