Since my last review they have fixed the crashes, thank you! App is very nice now.

Usually don't review apps, but so upset with this one. Garbage app. Can't get past login screen. Lord knows we pay enough in insurance that they shoukd have a decent app.

Same issue as everyone else. Doesn't stay open. Let me know when you get it fixed.

Doesn't work @ all. Don't waste any of your time. With the amount of $ we spend on insurance this should, at the very least, work.

I have tried several times to access the application on my new Samsung Edge, and cannot. Every time I receive an error that the application quit working.

Why am I paying this company for a bad website and app?

It crashed during login. So, users cannot log in. LOL.

Saw the other negative reviews before downloading, but figured it wouldn't hurt to at least give it a try. Didn't think it could actually be as bad as everyone was saying...I was wrong. BCI's app has crashed over 10 times in less than an hour. I simply need to find a nearby doctor while I am out of town. A crash here and there is acceptable, but this isn't even usable. Please remove from Play Store to not waste people's time and data. It obviously has not been properly tested and shouldn't be on the market.

The BCI website said this app would be the best way to look up medical providers while on travel. The app was worthless, kept spitting out disclaimers regarding its imperfect, and then kicked me back to the BCI website for me to muddle through again. Do not bother using this app. It is useless.

Can't log in because it shuts down when you enter your credentials

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. I'm just trying to find an in network doctor and the website wouldn't work on my phone so I downloaded the app, and it crashes every time I try to use it. Worthless. Very frustrating

Come on BCI, new version (2.1.3) still force closing on login attempt. Not sure how this didn't make the bug fix list as in fairly certain I'm not the only one experiencing this. Guess I'll keep trying to login and sending crash reports. Oh, while you're at it, update your copyright year. smh Update: More than one month on and there had been no reply from the developer or from BCI. What a shame and what a waste. It's a good thing I happen to live in an area with good cellular reception and data speeds so I can use the website. I hope this would be the case if I ever needed to access my BCI account in the event of an emergency.

I can't look up an urgent care provider to save my life (figuratively not literally at least) and their website might be worse saying there are exactly 0 medical providers in Idaho.

Couldn't even start using the app. Should be able to give this 0 stars.
