Curso de Embarazo

El embarazo es uno de los momentos más bellos para una mujer y una etapa de muchos cambios físicos, hormonales y en tu rutina diaria.

Este breve curso te permitirá disfrutar esta hermosa etapa al ayudarte en las transiciones por las que tú y tu bebé van a pasar en estos 9 meses.

El curso contiene 3 secciones principales:

- Explicación de los Síntomas de la Mujer durante el Embarazo: Te decimos los síntomas y cambios más comunes en el embarazo del primer al tercer mes, del cuarto al sexto mes y del séptimo al noveno mes.

- Posturas y Ejercicios en el Embarazo: En este módulo cubrimos las posturas más adecuadas y los ejercicios que es recomendable realizar para aminorar las incomodidades y preparar tu cuerpo para el parto de tu bebé.

- Palpando al Bebé: Este módulo te ayudará a saber la posición de tu bebé y aprenderás como palparlo, para que de esa forma sepas en qué posición se encuentra y puedas tomar medidas en cuanto a cambiarlo de posición. This short course will allow you to enjoy this beautiful stage to help in the transitions that you and your baby will be spending in these nine months.

The course contains three main sections:

- Understanding the Symptoms of Women during Pregnancy: I say the most common symptoms and changes during pregnancy from the first to third month, the fourth to the sixth month and the seventh to the ninth month.

- Poses and Exercises in Pregnancy: In this module we cover the most appropriate positions and exercises always take to lessen the discomforts and prepare your body for the birth of your baby.

- Groping for Baby: This module will help you to know the position of your baby and learn how to feel it, so that way you know what position you are in and take action as to rearrange its position.
