Order never arrived. I've called several times, was assured my order was on the way even though they never asked for an address or order number. When I called again after waiting for almost two hours I was told they'd call me back, but they never did. Then they just stopped picking up the phone altogether. They did find time to take my money though. tl:dr; order never arrived, and customer service doesn't pick up the phone or return my calls. Avoid.

They did *not* call me; in fact I tried to call them. Their PR has their work cut out for them, constantly trying to justify lackluster service from an unsavory company. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app at all costs.

How do you say my zip is invalid. It is real, mauve you just don't deliver in my area. If not just say so.

The app says it has a sort feature, but it's actually a filter feature. It lets me pick $31-$40 as a category, but does not let me sort by price. The UI in general could use a redesign to be more user friendly.

Ordered beer Saturday night. It is now Wednesday and it still has not been delivered. Customer service phone number repeats the same "cannot be reached" message. Sent an email to the admin and still no response to my refund....
