BE-Mobile

Doesnt load on the Note 8. It just opens a blank screen. Will try to reinstall... Will you guys be addressing this issue? Or make a mobile friendly site?

This app doesn't open at all on my Samsung S8 plus. Its a blank white screen. Needed this for work.

I think some thawed can be put into the mobile app as far as a from a supervisor position I so fine I have to open the web browser on my cell phone to reassign task also there needs to be a way to keep notations internal while using the mobile app so again I don't have to open my web browser

Wish the icon would show number of new work orders pending.

Blank screen on Galaxy S8. Only works the first use after reinstall, then back to blank screen.

Wish it had more capability like the desktop

It used to work fine, but after updating it won't load work orders. The work order lead in page indicates that I have 30 pending work orders, but it it will only show 3 of them, 2 of which will not actually open.

Don't get notification when work order is received. I have to uninstall and reinstall app on a regular basis.

Seems to never want to load new orders. Always have to uninstall it an then reinstall it so it will work.

The app works okay. The layout is perfect and simple. The work orders don't show updated even when you back out of it and go back in at times. This app drains battery life on WiFi or MD though. Improving use of power would help. I cannot stand icons in my toolbar at the top I have always hated it and I have to kill your app every time I use it because it just stays there. Everyone know you have a way to view a window of all of your running apps now there is no need for this. Add an option to remove this.

Lots of issues from not working to lagging and will only handle so much when it comes to inspections and PM's

Love this app. It makes creating building inspections and assigning work orders "on the fly" so easy. Plus the ability to add pictures to your work orders is a great bonus! If you are in facilities management you have to get this app!

Isn't as fluid or complete as the full Internet site. I feel bad for my staff because they only have this version to use. I've downloaded it 4 times hoping for improvements and uninstalled it 4 times. It works in a pinch but go with the web version if you can. Support help is great though.

Overall I like it. I don't like that it stays running in my motivation bar. It doesn't give notifications of new work tickets. Please add that feature. Please add the ability to close out multiple tickets at once.

Excellent app for use with the building engines work order system. We develop and manage commercial office properties and have a need for a more automated work order system in which the building tenants can input and track their service requests. After some serious research we subscribed to Building Engines. Using Building Engines (BE) Mobile has enabled our staff to acknowledge receipt of a work order in real time and address a tenant's service request immediately. With the touch of a few keys, our building engineer, mechanic, porter, etc. can open and complete a work order without the need of any paper and without any cumbersome administration. There are many features that allow you to input as much or as little as you choose and this only one part of the program! Other features we are only now starting to utilize are building inspections, preventative maintenance and much more. We truly believe we have an excellent tool that not only improves our efficiency, but allows the tenant to see how productive we are. Great application! R. Hager Jan-9th 2013
