Literally have no issues with this app. Only thing I've noticed is that if you have a space at the end of your email (which some phones do by default) you will get an error with signing in. Simple fix. Took about 2 seconds to figure out what was going on. A lot of people whining because this app isn't idiot proof.

Does what you would expect the app to do. Works for me no trouble. My only complaint is that the app icon is just a standard Android icon and doesn't look like a belong logo in any way. But that's a minor issue.

SERIOUSLY? KEEPS SIGNING ME OUT AND FORCED TO CHANGE PASSWORD. MY NETWORK HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL SINCE FOR 2 MONTHS AND GETTING WORSE. I HAVE EVEN MORE ISSUES THAN BEFORE! THIS NEW APP IS PHONE ACCOUNTS NOW BUT DON'T LOOK RIGHT AND CAUSING ISSUES ALSO. Oh yeah... I had to remove from device accounts and disable app it was that bad. Hope the nbn isn't this bad? NOW WHAT? BACK TO WEBSITE AND BROWSER I GUESS. ALMOST JUST KILLED MY NOTE 3. DELETED AND GONE NOW, I'M DONE. iinet is lookin good about now

The app doesn't work. Keeps telling me "oops something is wrong". I am new to Belong. Surely the apo can be made to work. How can I check my usage if I can't access anything via the app. Seriously!!!! Fix it!!!!

App was fine until they added mobile, now it won't show me anything about my account. Internet connection is rubbish, would not recommend signing up with them..

Are you kidding me? I have already tried 10 times opening and closing this app and all I get is Mobile, Broadband and support options on the main menu. I have to go strait into the internet website just to monitor my accoints on the mobile. I didn't see anything wrong downloading the app on my tablet, it's just the smartphone app that's causing the issue. FIX IT ASAP!

Lots of issues. Never used this app successfully after their new version 1. Data is never shown in the app 2. Very clumsy and not user friendly

The "dashboard" never shows my current usage. Pointless. It does, however, let me know I don't have a Belong mobile service - handy given I've never signed up for one.

New to Belong downloaded app as requested and then went to sign in later it came up with error try later so I did, then the app just flickers with no content... so uninstalling and have added the web link to my home page as it works

Belong is biased with customers after once you get paid for their service. If you require any after sale service / technical issue they will put you on hold in queue for minimum 1 hours. So it really want a quick service use your other no and then talk to sales they forward your call to technical department. Very worse customer service

The app used to be good but recently every time I try opening it my phone does an auto restart. Pointless app and very disappointing from an internet provider. Please fix ASAP.

Absolutely DISGUSTING company to communicate with. For a company based around providing commucation, trying to get my account closed from overseas was a mess of obvious lack-of-said-communication. I enjoyed the service during my time using it. But I'm appalled by their customer service

Was five star but now my phone is foced to restart every time I try to use this app. Customer feedback is non existant on the web so I'll see if it gets noticed here. Galaxy S5, Android 4.4.2
