I had a promo code and wanted to check it out. My food was at the curb in less than 5 minutes and they text me the whole way through to keep me updated. The food is delicious and the box is so cool!! Definitely going to order again.

This is my new reply for the updated app: After the app was updated, I was finally able to order the meal. The UI was easy and nice visualization. Everything worked fine and smooth. One suggestion would be to integrate tracking the delivery with the app. Right now a separate link is sent via text. Otherwise, good and easy app. --------------------- Bugs... After I added all the items, I can't click "FINALIZE ORDER"

$5 off promo code: GEOFFREY1 Overall quite good, this style of food is conducive to delivery than others I've tried including Sprig which is variable depending on what is ordered. The food came quickly and was well prepared. The weak point is the app which feels pretty out of date the way the text boxes are set up. Overall worth a shot for the first order especially with the promo code making the first order very affordable.

Just spent 10 minutes arguing with one of their drivers who was blocking access to the pay lot at the flower market. I guess common courtesy isn't something BentoNow promotes.

Great food and fast delivery service! Get it!

The food is absolutely awesome, and the portions are just right. For the price you will find it hard if not impossible to find food of their caliber. If they advertise that you can order lunch before 10 AM for the same day they should be able to fulfill it. The first time, they delivered the wrong food and only 1 bento when I ordered 2. The second time (before 10AM lunch order) they just put some warm chicken strips in my bento. 0_o Credit to Mr.Demant for a prompt refund for first incident.
