Depending on the sleep duration you have set, the LightUp app in conjunction with the WL 75 can remind you to go to bed in plenty of time – you can always reach your personal number of hours by doing so.

This gives a much easier way of interacting with a wake up light than trying to navigate complex settings with a small number of buttons on the lamp itself. Still some room for improvement. E.g. it'd be good to be able to set alarm duration, and to be able to set a wake up light without an audio alarm.
