Barbell Babes was created to help young professional women become better versions of themselves by taking away fears around eating, educating about health and correct strength building techniques, and changing feelings of embarrassment to feeling like an absolute boss in the gym so she can carry those powerful feelings and mentality over to her personal and work life.

You deserve to feel strong, you deserve a healthy body, you deserve to be in control of your feelings and what you eat, and most importantly - you deserve the happiness that these things will bring to your life and wellbeing.

Training: Learn to move, shape and strengthen your body with your personalized workout program to meet your goals and needs. Your coach will take you through a thorough consultation to discover your real 'WHY' - the true deep reason for your desire to change, any limiting beliefs that have been holding you back and find out what is most important to you. Throughout your training programs you will use an app to log your completed workouts, have access to exercise tutorials and submit videos for technique assessment to ensure you are performing exercises efficiently and safely.

Nutrition: Did you know that nutrition and exercise combined will give you 7-10x the results that you would get from exercise alone? You will work with your coach to discover what eating habits hold you back and work together to form new sustainable habits one step at a time. Together we make sure each habit is what you want to work on and that it is achievable for you before we begin. We do not offer diet plans as we do not believe this is the best way to ensure your success. Our goal is to help you build habits that are sustainable for life - not just for the course of your program

Coaching: Through your very own Barbell Babes app you will receive coaching support for your workouts, food, sleep, technique and more. Having a strong support network is the key to success and we want to ensure you are in the best environment possible to achieve your goals! You will have the opportunity to ask any questions that you need. We believe the most important thing is that we educate you and give you the tools and knowledge you need to become self sufficient in the future and maintain your health for life.
