One of the worst services ever, never pay for any of the services on this website. They promise one thing and do one thing. Not worth paying for the services provided. I would never suggest this to any one, its better you find local marriage organizations would at least provide the proper service.

This app should give a warning before sending any interest, most of the times, interest is sent by mistake...usually occurs while scrolling, interest gets shared.. Hope you'll sort this out with a warning message before sharing interest

Their executives remain after you till you buy plan and the moment you take plan after then no reply from their end. Our match preference is not given a say and share profiles which is not as per our requirements. System popup reply however don't if its true or not.

I am paid member,but i couldn't chat to any persons properly. i have chat to any one mgs is not sending or one mgs sending 7 Or 10 times this mgs irritating to bride and family,some bride icon is chat now but online is off. or online is available but couldn't chatting,mobile app chat mgs not sending but desktop same mgs sending lot of time,this is life for me,but BharatMatrimony is business till now not solve the problem,when i will ask they said sir 24hrs problem is solved,but not solve.

Filter results are not proper. Doesn't show proper profiles. Performance of the app is worst. It's keeps loading...No app improvements. Inspite of giving multiple times feedback nothing happened. After paying lot of money its useless. I would request the dev team to become an user. You will know take pain point. App really sucks, it says loading which never ends. Please don't waste the money. Worst app.
