Payeb - TNEB Bill Payment

I payed 4000 as by eb bill. They haven't forwarded it to the eb portal. We realized about this only after the line man pulled out our fuse. I had to pay another 4000 along with the fine. I mailed them about it. No response. They don't pick the calls too.

The credit was made after 3 days this made me think they are fraudsters. I was thrilled. lol. But the amount was credited little late. Thanks guys. Please make it soon.

Somebody help to get my money back from this fraudulent app.

I paid 11500 but electric board didnt received my bill sir whats the problem plz refund my amount.y there is no response in customer support

This Looters & cheaters taken my 600 but still the bill shows due. Same like below no response from them

They cost 10 rupee for a payment.. my charges is 7 y need to pay 17.

It's a good app. Took a days time for bill payment. Was a bit worried after the negative reviews. You can communicate better by saying it will take a day's out two days time etc. Commission charges are bit high but then there will be a third party fee always. Rest otherwise it is a simple app. Quicker payment will receive more positive reviews.

I have paid my Bill on May 5th, but it's doesn't get reflected in tneb . customer care no not reachable most of the time. Pls do not use and recommend the existing users to uninstall the app

I paid my e bill on 1/8/2016 but on 9th August I checked with EB he said that tneb not received any amount my order I'd is 101208.. When I called to customer care no response at all.. I need my money to be refund

I paid my e bill on 9 Feb 2016 itself. First I got confirmation mail as transaction successful with ref no. After 30 min, got another mail not possible to process. 7-10 days amount will be refunded. Yet not amount refund to my account. Customer support number is unreachable. Pls provide details to get my amount

I paid the bill on 28th Apr and it shows me success ..bitbwhem I checked on TNEB WEBSITE (2may)it shows unpaid.... I demand an explanation... The last date is tomorrow I.e.(3 may) or else I need an refund.... They have just an mobile no. As an customer care no. Where no body attends the call .....

I paid my bill. It gave me the order id . It said that the transaction was successful. But my bill is not paid. Its been nearly 20 days. You guys didnt refund my money and the transaction was also not done.

Please do not pay ur EB bill here.I made payment 10 days before but they didn't clear my bill unless after I screwed then I call.then they cleared my bill one day before my due date.such a fraud cheap is Payeb.

If you pay the bill, it won't directly pay in tneb website. They will take the cash from us and they will pay in tneb website later. So it will take a day or twice. please don't pay using this app if it's a last day of your bill. It's customer care is good.

As before I too got fed-up with this app,but now its really good on their consumer's service,I expect more bugs to be resolved from buvitech.

Nice app. User friendly and tneb circles are contacted and EB card details fetched correctly for our convenience and confirmation.. Payment is just ezee.. Service charge is affordable.. Consider some other banks where the service charge is nil.. All of total nice app.

It is user friendly.. Everyone can understand easily.. Very easy to pay eb bills..
