I don't even understand what this is supposed to be. There is short index of categories that cover about 1% of crimes. The search function DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. It returns zero results no matter what is entered. If you have an app entitled 'Michigan Crimes & Offenses' it would be nice if it featured Michigan Crimes & offenses. To top it off, the refund feature didn't work either. Thanks for the ripoff.
