Fitur surat pembaca dapat digunakan pada menu Kirim Pesan. Menu ini berupa form isian yang dapat digunakan oleh Warga Ciamis untuk menyampaikan saran, masukan maupun kritik membangun pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Ciamis.

Selain Surat Pembaca, ada juga menu Agenda, yang berisi beragam informasi event atau kegiatan yang dilangsungkan di Ciamis.

Ada juga menu Kontak, yang memuat daftar nomor telepon yang penting diketahui oleh warga Ciamis, seperti nomor telepon kantor polisi, pemadam kebakaran dan layanan unit gawat darurat rumah sakit.

INFO CIAMIS ini juga menyuguhkan berita terkini Ciamis pada menu BERITA. Applications for the citizens in the form of Letters Readers Ciamis, Agenda, Latest News, and Important Phone Number List.
