I love this app I am not the biggest person in the world but I do want to lose my stomach after having 3 kids and only being 28 I want to look my best after my first work out I felt it the next morning this is a routine for me now thanks!!!

Hi there i baught the bikini body to use on my 10 inch tablet but app is very slow it shows 1 excersice and then i pauses how can i speed it up or can i download it on my laptop regards wanda jute

the videos are good to watch if you can keep up. it is only worth noting that my phone does not alwaYS PICK UP enough support to load the app and play for my regime to follow along. paying this money is a big waiste if they dont step it up and get the content accessible. fix the app or its not worth the money i already spent.
