This application was designed to test and validate bip cattp stream on mobile network operators.
These streams are only accessible via the operator network, it's hard to simulate packet sent.
Currently the default sent message is an open cattp session on virtual port 1024 (It can be changed)
Client mode :
* Send UDP binary packets at a given IP and port.
Coming soon :
* Server mode : Receive UDP binary packets at a given port.
* Save sent messages
