Lost 100% money due to app issue..even though they know the fact that the issue with app..they least bothered to refund the amount even after continuous follow up..irresponsible staff

Shows first 3 booking. New bookings (4th booking) are not seen. If the booking cannot be completed due to payment gateway issue, you don't have option to retry payment for incomplete booking. You need to wait for 20-30 minutes and do the entire booking again.

So easy user interface and the discounts ;) . Its a perfect way to book the tickets. Bye bye old age ticket bookies.

Sugama team to something better..i got only ticket confirmation msg.afterthat did nt get any msg,bus details&call...am seriously felt bad..

Earlier drives use to reach the destination on time to Belgaum.... but now they reach atleast 1.5 hrs late

I wouldn't recommend using this app or sugama travels to anybody. I booked a ticket using the app, after payment waiting for 20 mins. It didn't redirect me to the sugama travels after payment. Then I called the customer care of ticket simply/morning star, they asked me to wait for 5 mins to complete and receive a confirmation message. I waited for 10 mins and then called sugama travels using call me tab, the person who picked the call was very arrogant, he yelled at me and asked me to wait for 5 mins.

Login process is very bad... Waste of time and data... Forgot password option is not working... some time it shows invalid mail I'd... And same time it shows had already taken... 0 star for this app.. Update properly

Such a waste, it's very slow, transaction gets completed by seats doesn't get booked. The customer care is least bothered about this and I'm not able to get refund or book seat! Very disappointed

During sign up to enter Date of Birth, there is no typing or drop down option. We have to scroll month wise to reach our year, month and date of birth. For me it took nearly 5 mnts to find my DOB. Pls correct this..

This app cover the whole screen and when we want to see otp received we have to cancel the process and go back. So our selected seat are blocked for next half an hour. Need lot of improvement

I booked the ticket for 6th but after payment confirmation I got the ticket booked for the journey on 9th. I tried twice thinking maybe I might have gone wrong somewhere but both the times it's same. Worst app.

You can Post Pone /Per Pone your journey only Once...... after that You Have to travel that Day... otherwise 100% Money CUT..

Seat which is actually available for gents (next seat is reserved for gent)shows as available for ladies and when we try to book it for ladies name, it does allow to book because the next seat is reserved for gent
