Wow, what an excellent app. I downloaded this for free but would have gladly paid a lot of money for it. Its pretty much a "dvd" saved to your phone, that is extremely easy to navigate (techniques, positions, and submissions are labeled clearly) and is easy to reference quickly. I love it and it has been a great refresher. I watch a few minutes during the day, and it gives me submission ideas to work on during rolling. And I have been pulling off those submissions each time I roll. Best bjj app right now

Scully was an innovator with "flash learning". After all, why do we need 10 minutes of excruciating repetition on one part of a single move? If we need to see it again - just rewind. Better to see a lot of moves, see one that looks good, and grab a buddy to try it on. There are a lot of variations to each move, so you never run out of options. This has worked for a lot of people, and at the introductory price of $1.99 can't be beat even though the same materials are available (as separate videos, though) "free" on YouTube - with YouTube required commercials for each segment, and needs an internet connection. Takes less than a gigabyte on your phone or tablet. As with all Google Play apps, you can take it off your phone and redownload it later with no additional charge, and one price covers phone and tablet(s).
