Very useful app allowing pre-purchase of tickets & real-time bus info but not, unfortunately, real-time tram info (timetable view only).

Good app for live information & buying tickets online

Love the app in general but the Journey Planner continues to provide some misleading results, to the extent I find Google Maps more reliable in general. I've used the feedback form a few times in recent months to report specific errors in the planner but either no one's reading the feedback or it's not deemed important enough :'(

The app itself is good but I can see a huge problem with the email system. If your email is typed incorrectly, it will not say 'invalid email' or send an email to register it, it will automatically approve the email. This has resulted in me accidentally typing an email wrong, not noticing it as it had no warning and me losing £40 as the email wasn't a registered email. Also, the app shouldn't take your money until your ID is approved.

So easy to use and extremely handy. More companies should do it.

Very handy app! I think it would benefit from fares in the journey planner section if at all possible.

This app is awesome not only does it save money it also givrs you all the info you need. No more losing my ticket or putting it in the washing machine by accident

I buy a monthly pass and it turns out much cheaper and more convenient to have it on your phone

Wouls be good with no internet

I use a weekly ticket and it so much easier to have my bus ticket on my phone and this app does it all.

Really quick and easy to use. Great for weekly tickets as well as having an easy to read timetable.

So far this has been an excellent way to travel!

Great app. Really easy to use. Journey planner and departure boards are very simple to use. The mobile ticket system is great too. Only negatives are that there is no android pay or PayPal integration. Also can be difficult to use the planner if you don't know the particular stop name you want to go to. Could do with some based on places of interest too and could link in with visit Blackpool or similar

Brilliant app! Well BPL Trans it's been a long time coming but well done. Great app. No need for paper tickets and passes anymore and the live updates of when your bus/tram is due is a great feature.

Its a brilliant idea I often use it to track the bus. I've always been abit weary of buying tickets off it. Because if my phone battery dies I loose anyway of traveling. However I have just bought my first ticket through the app, so we shall see how it goes. :)

This is the best thing that bpl transport have come up with.... it's so easy to use n saves having to purchase tickets n passes when getting on the bus or tram n it also gives a eta when the bus or tram is due

Really useful, has helped me get around when I'm new to the town and don't know much about the area. Live bus tracking would be a good addition so you can follow where the bus is along the route map!

Really great app. I'm forever loosing my ticket this helps me avoid that. Love being able to check times for specific stops and check where bus stops are. Good on you Blackpool Transport.

It OK till your battery dies i wish they would do a card like they do in Nottingham where you top it up and swipe on and off it don't charge your more than £5.00 on day and a maximum on a week or mth depending how much you use it

Great app its really helped me out recently with having to stay with mother in-law to help after having an op and getting back to my family . Very helpful conductors on the trams xx a big thumbs up from me xx

It's one of the best bus oparaters app's I have seen. Information is available at your fingertips and is updated all day long.Well done

Brilliant app, so easy to use and great to get tickets on your phone also great for up to date running of buses and trams

This app enables me to get my ticket at short notice without having to go to a cash machine which is really helpful when you have to catch a tram at 5.40 in s morning.

Brilliant. Keeps me up to date with any travel issues and is easy to use even for an old man like me.

Sounds like a great app but won't work on my windows phone so unable to use it which is a shame

Pretty good app only really one big mistake is made by the developers of this app is that they didn't put pay pal option as I'm not really happy giving you my bank details just incase you get hacked so please update this app asap so the customer is shopping safely online or you can be sued by being hacked.

Great app, especially with the real times. Just wish all buses had the GPS so could know the correct arrival of all the buses.
