About Food Journal

This journal allows you to keep track of your meals. Whether you need to keep track for dieting reasons, for medical reasons or just because you want to keep track of meals that you've tried. It keeps track of the date of the meal, the foods in the meal, calories, points (for weight watching programs) and notes on the meal. It also allows you to add a custom field of your choosing in case there is a trait or feature of your food that you wish to keep track of. This app does not include any ads. If you have any feature request or bug reports, please contact me so I can make the necessary changes. Thank you and enjoy!

*Keeps track of meals by date
*Can be used to track foods in the meal, calories, points, and notes
*Also includes the ability to add a custom field that can be used to input anything else you want to keep track of

Wanted a simple app to track what I am eating each day. This seemed to fill the bill but has many over-sights and one big flaw that will keep me from using it. Flaw is that dates do not appear chronologically. For example, 1-12-13 comes after 1-11-13 but before 1-7-13 and so-on. I fear that, similarly, 11-1-13 will appear before 2-1-13 and so-on. Would programming in the 0s so that dates appear in order really have been that difficult? Save your 99 cents until the developer fixes this major flaw.

Would have been easier to just write it down in a notebook. More trouble than it was worth.

Good but needs print or transfer ability

Clean and simple interface works great. Would like to be able to add more than just one custom field though, and some sort of export option would be great!
