Blue Light Card

This app has been a mess since I initially downloaded it and hasn't improved since. Seriously poor effort. To not be able to tap in the name of a company and search as an option is a pretty basic feature, and renders it almost unusable unless you're prepared to waste time trawingl through reams of unsuitable offers.

I am currently a St Johns Ambulance Service First Aider and so far the blue light card seems OK. I'm yet to purchase one of the many deals that keep popping up, you could save loads on many occasions. Get it and try it out as you can get hundreds off used cars or thousands of new ones.

The app always shuts down and needs re-downloading, almost everytime I use it. My password will not go in unless I copy and paste it in. These issues need to be sorted asap! Once on the app it is very easy to understand and navigate through

The app is great and so happy to be getting these offers. Surprised not many NHS workers do not know about it. HOWEVER looking through the list of online discounts is a nightmare. It would be so mucj better if there were categories to choose from.

I use this app quite a lot. It's very useful and convenient. My only gripe is that there is no actual search facility. Type in the shop name, website, etc and, hey presto! Rather than scrolling, or using the GPS locator. Example: Shows one restaurant but not the preferred neighbouring restaurant that also accepts the card. Will get a five * from me if this is added.

Love the service and some great offers from companies supporting emergency services... however it's a pain not being able to search by product type or company... such a basic function so please fix

Lots of offers which is great. However no function to search for specific deals or shops which means flicking through all the offers until you either find the one you want or realise there isn't an offer on that particular store. It needs a filter option or search button on the app.

So many things could be improved it doesn't remember me so have to sign in every time. While looking at the map or offers random offers pop up and continue too after closing. Hard to search for offers and generally a clunky slow app. Such a shame as such a great idea and some good offers.

No search, the list is bit alphabetical so it's impossible to go looking for what you want! Not the most user friendly.

Appalling. App simply doesn't work on my android since some update & there's no interest in fixing it apparently. Really poor.

The app isn't very friendly and feel I am missing out on offers. Not easy to search for places/companies that accept the card. Am sure this could be a lot more friendly.

Not very smooth to use and will bring up random offers if you take too long looking at the one you want! Can be rather infuriating at times.

I've struggled to use a lot of the deals finding i didn't like the format ie buying vouchers. However Vodafone just gave me 20% off my monthly contract on a GS7 edge even though it should have been 15% and if you ask at vet's for pets they also give discount as part of services. I like the BBC but I think it needs a lot of tweeks to get it working better.

The scheme is great, shame about the app. A lack of search function makes it impractical when out and about. To find the offers I'm looking for I resort to using the website instead of the app.

The only thing that lets this app down is there is no search button. Pretty frustrating when you have to trawl through hundreds of companies.

To be honest I wish I never wasted my joining fee.. so far I've used my card "0"times I get more discount at the local kebab house... save your money people! (Not happy

Can't use as it does not recognise my email address! I have given up with it.

Opens up to a blank white page. Used to work well. Now can't access it

Doesn't work. Blank screen on Android phone. The iPad app is hardly any better. Don't bother.

Great app, well done to those who made it. See a few moaning about a search option. You can search by company or things to do at the home screen

Used to work fine. Running on Android 7.0. App won't even open now. Tried to re-install but still doesn't work. Plz fix!

Keeps crashing in Android 6.0.1. Poor layout and search facilities compared to Vouchercloud. Feels and appears dated

You can't search for a particular discount or catagory. Makes it a very laborious task trawling through. No time for that.

Why bother?? It's a mess!! Website is far better than the app!

I have used it for various things from high Street and online shopping, cinema tickets and Thorpe Park service day.

Bad search facility. ..needs to be alpha or something more search friendly x

Great offers but very user unfriendly app. Extremely frustrating, no search options on the home page, needs updating to be useable.

Stays on for 2 seconds then goes black and cannot do anything, really needs sorting out. Absolutely rubbish

I've got my card, I get emails to my address, but the app doesn't recognise my email as valid, can't even report login problems as it doesn't recognise the email... the one it sends me emails to! Giving up and uninstalling. :-(

Should be able to search for retailers or for certain categories like food and drink etc then it'd be a five star app

When i view offer details from the map of my location it crashes and restarts. I have no other problems and searching is no problem. Does what you'd expect and fairly easy to use except for the crashing.

Can't open on my S6. Tried to reinstall but no luck. Reinstalled for forth time. It now opens.

No search option for categories! This needs to be addressed! It's handy, but could be so much better!

What's with the adverts popping up every two seconds???? You can't look at anything without one sprouting up. Sort it out

No search facility to make looking for things easier. No sectioned area eg. Holiday section. Do new offers not get persude or new companies.. Local or national?

Agree with others, no category search and not totally user friendly. It will do!!

This app could be so much better with just small changes, you should put categories in and even favourites for place you most use. Navigation needs to be better

Good programme.. good offers I like the selection. Great job everyone who is involved. . Only down side no option to print vouchers direct from phone. Still needs a search option for offers.. had to re install after last update left me with a white screen.

Every time I try to open app I just get a white page. ..rubbish
