The Best app for bnsf rails

Old version glitchy at best. Constantly forced closed but served its purpose when it worked. Stopped working and would not let me use until i updated to new version. NOW new version wont even let me login/register! Tried several times to uninstall/reinstall, no joy. Shame on BNSF. Running on LG G4 with latest android update. UPDATE..ok finally let me login/register, updated to 3 stars, still force closing every time i switch screens within app

Why does the updated version need access to our contacts? Old version worked fine!

Can only do 1 transaction,have too go no to dab if you want to outrage another load after ingating.still takes about same amount of time to innate w/out the app.also takes longer to exit because you now have to enter release number.

When I pull up to San Bernardino and try to ingate. I scan the qr code...then have to wait for a trailer verification or trailer match. This requires the ladies in the office to look at the kiosk ive driven up to. This can be up to 7..8 minutes of waiting... pretty frustrating. I know I have billing and I have made sure to drive slowly through the sensor tunnel......happens at least two to three times a week. When I ask the ladies they don't have an answer for the issue.

When the app first came out I didn't find it to be helpful and felt that it took just as long to ingate , now after the last update I heard that it was working great so I had given it another try and absolutely love it ! From ingating to out gating, to finding empties. Well done guys , keep up the good work. Some of us drivers only get paid for the move which time is money so anything or anyway to speed things up to help us out is greatly appreciated. LPC in Elwood, IL. , Jet Cartage / Heroes Cartage.

I am able to get entry to the intermodal facility in a couple of moments instead of minutes, and I'm able to get information on whether inbound trailers are ready to pick up in seconds. It just works!

To p.u loaded box from ground, not showing the exact location in QR or pre outgate.

Very simple instructions are in the app what I like the best is when I submit my Bobtail code instead my driver's license number very fast to get in the rail. now outbound put down on the app your container number and release# then use the ticket slip on the scanner in matter of seconds your leave the rail, takes me less than 30 minutes out of the rail yard. for all the great features & improvements congratulations for all those hard-working people that makes the difference for us!

Had issues with the seal numbers but had a great response from the support team git it fixed works perfectly now. Saves time and money

What happened to option to report parking? Used to be available.

Consistently blocks for safty when I'm not moving

I am having trouble signing in. Before I can even sign in it goes to the driving stage even if I'm sitting still & I am not able to sign in. Can you fix this please? Or advise me how to get past this? Thank you

Install was fine, but I cannot login- screen goes dark and says "activate location services". Please advise on how to make that go away. Android phone

App is broke as of 5/20 9:10am CDT. It will not allow any login, goes dark and ask to activate location services which is of course already activated.

Stuck in drive safe mode cannot open
