It all helps you follow a solid program while giving you the abilty to make some changes that ultimately help you own your workout. The only things I would like to see more of is the nutrition peice. Some additional food ideas and guidance on planning meals would really give this program everything you need.

After I put my height, sex and click continue, the app gives me a message saying "You are not allowed to take this action" it was working fine yesterday. I uninstall the app and reinstall it but it keeps doing the same. Please fix the issue!

The meal plan and list is very helpful and the workouts are very well put together. This workout is not for beginners but it's not to advanced either. It's a perfect Middle ground. Overall a great workout program
