Great routine overall, many issues and equipment questions are addressed in the subreddit FAQs and threads. Finally decided to switch to the phone app instead of the good old pen and paper. Perhaps add an option for adding and subtracting sets so side plank (where there left/right hand) of workouts don't need 2 entries? Just an organizational pet peeve.

Started using the free version about 6 months ago and I loved it. Decided to purchase it to show my support. This only works if you do it consistently and consider it part of your everyday lifestyle. For me I don't eat the healthiest so my results weren't so fast but my gains in strength were very noticeable within 2 weeks. Stick with it, make time for it, and if you can't do all the reps and sets, do what you can,rest and try again next time!

This app takes all the difficulty out of getting started. Took me a little bit to get used to the interface. For the first week I didn't even realize there was a drop down menu to switch between RR, SS and MM. Overall great great great app!

Great app. Would just love the ability to delete work outs done. There have been a few times I started one by accident or just wanted to look at the exercises without actually doing the work out. Thanks a lot!

I downloaded this thinking it would be a bodyweight only type routine program but many of even the beginner exercises require special resistance bands, pull up bar or even a dip bar? Glad it wasn't too expensive. Looking for a better app now.

5 stars because the workout in conjunction with the tips from Reddit has enabled my to address form issues I didn't know I had. My only complaint is that I'd like to be able to import my workout log from the free version into pro, but the apps function identically so it's not a big deal.

Great workout, very functional progressions--I purchased the"pro" version after I surprised myself by doing 6 pull ups in a row (3 times!) after a decade of struggling to do 2. Only rated it a 4 instead of 5 because some of the video links don't work.

As an old man wanting to do Rippeoe's Starting Strength, I found myself struggling mightily to properly perform the lifts. This program is the answer, and fun to do. Awesome app. Also the gym I joined has all of the equipment needed (bands, cages, etc).

I purchased this app because it happened to combine the 3 routines I want to do regularly, and it does a really good job at visualizing and recording your workout. I'd like to see more information on proper form, and perhaps a main home view that shows all three routines on a calendar. Proper form is a must and it would be nice to get that information in the app too, because I'm probably not the only one wondering how to do these excersises without hurting myself.

Now that the app includes the Recommended Routine, Molding Mobility and Starting Stretching it's truly the only app someone would need to keep in shape and what's even better is that everything can be done from home with the right equipment!

Considering getting a refund, perhaps a dev can offer advice? When I select "watch full video on YouTube" it starts to open the video, then inexplicably closes. No clue how to accese these full videos. Otherwise seems like a useful app, and I'd love to return to this review with an update if I can get everything working.

Great app, missing a few features like importing workouts and it would be great if you were able to add comments to particular exercises but that's really just nit picking. Great help out for my workouts.
