Wonderful app! The ease of booking a hotel is fantastic. The option to cancel, if necessary, up to the very last day is really great and you don't need to pay for most rooms until your trip!

Its the worst app and bookings is the worst company in the hotel reservation business. They don't give exact data, exact services about the properties. Even they don't have any control over the hotels. You may suffer a lot by make any kind of reservation or booking through this company. I don't have any option I would have given them a zero star in their performance. I have the worst experience by booking through this company. Even after informing them, they didn't respond.

The is the best app to find hotels; I've tried others and this has the best interface and easiest to find/most results. I hope they add special perks/discounts for booking as a member. I also hope they don't sell out like other apps out there that end up becoming worse.

Very good experience with the app but it doesn't show the real price for your booking sometimes. This is embarrassing for me as a customer. Only 3stars for this issue. Also I wish more filters for search.

This app is a total scam. It shows as if they are giving you a good deal. After you've made your booking and then when you land in the hotel you realise that the rooms are far cheaper compared to booking thru the app

The prices feature in the beginning till I confirm my booking will differ and eventually they charged my booking in USD which is bogus. It has to be charged in the local currency my initial rate of HKD 990 is now HKD 1033.60 a HKD 43 difference, which is 4.4% difference. When a rate says HKD 990 it should reflect HKD 990.

I booked my room in columbus ohio that was suppose to be 8 miles i never got booked for the motel i had to get a motel 20 miles out so make sure you call before they book you to confirm your reservation this site is garbage..

First time using the app, made and was able to cancel a reservation. Made another reservation and went to print from the app and neither a PDF nor a paper copy would print. Crossing international borders border guards prefer to see paper copies and I prefer not giving them access to my tablet even though I have nothing to hide. Every other app I have prints fine so I know it's this app.

Amazing app to book hotel rooms, read reviews and view photos of the hotel you're interested in before booking a room. And the service is excellent. Quick response to my inquiries and gave me great solutions. A must have app for travellers

It is a scam. They scheduled for wrong date and no refund options. Tjey ripped me off, and I ended up being forced to sleep in my cold car even after paying for a room.

Hotel is ok. However front desk staff is not very efficient. We changed room type and credit card info online and they still had wrong card and checked us into wrong room. Then we waited for over 40 mins for suitcases because front desk did not tell them about the correct room we were in. Very frustrating.

Good set of filters and search result ordering. Consistent format makes it easier to compare information that you care about, rather than going to hotel's own websites with their own agenda. For example clearly stated room size, parking, wifi, cancellation policy etc.

I tried to do a booking on here but it cancelled it because it needed me to pay right now in stead of at the property like it said I could.

Very bad update...can t find any link to share properties on different apps anymore. The app is now useless...I can make better use of the website version. App is also crashing.

There needs to be easier interfaces for contacting properties or adjusting reservations. This app is far to cumbersome.

Good and reliable ive had a little trouble with my credit card not being accepted for booking but its seems to have been fixed

The worst app I have ever seen. I've booked an a/c hotel, but the actual booking was made non a/c

Brilliant. Honestly I would be lost without the use of this app. Easier than the site and you can book a bnb or hotel in literally less than a minute. Winner

The hotel prices listed on this app is higher than other search engines. Booking directly is even cheaper than the rates provided by this app, what a ripoff. Uninstalled.

This is an excellent app n economical. It shows you the genuine and real details of the hotel n all. I have been using it n it's trustworthy

Be sure to confirm reservations directly with hotel. I went to check in and they didn't have my reservation. Luckily they did have another room for $40 less

Nice easy app, when it comes to booking its simple hassle free and having the option of cancelling just makes it alot more stress free especially when you do it all from an app rather then wasting your time on the phone on hold etc

Not the best rates! Shop around. Although this site does not require cc to book.

It's the best approach I've found to reserve rooms at a reasonable price worldwide. Once I was wrongfully charged a cancellation fee, but overall the app has been very helpful on my around the world tour.

the customer service team is very helpful. the only thing is it takes forever for them to respond to customers queries.

Used the app on a 3 week touring trip from Vegas to Salt Lake City and back it was easy to use, you could change dates, cancel rooms booked, contact the accommodation in advance couldn't fault it, the app will stay on my phone.

Straight forward to use. Might require to check with the hotel immediately after booking to confirm that the reservation went through. Overall is a useful app.

Why is it the app version does not have the option to sort based on 'no prepayment' and 'booking without credit card' but the option is available on website??

nice app but some hotels not same the pics so you must let the hotels upgrade the pics

I like the app, but still prefer to use the website when i need to go back to my booked places, more convenient
