This company is by far the worst. Took a trip to italy and rented a car to head to the airport and to pickup our family. We found out 3 days in advance that we needed to reserve the car 2 hours earlier than the original reservation. Called and couldn't get through. Found an email and requested a phone number that worked and explained our circumstances. It took emails back and forth 2 days to get the phone number. Then after talking to the supervisor we found that they wanted to up charge us due to the request coming in less than 24 hours before reservation..... It was 22 hours before. 400$ for 24 hours... Then we tried to cancel and they charged us over $80 for the cancellation being under 24 hours. Then a charge for the insurance.... I am going to fight to get my money back but please understand they are thieves.
PSo there was no car The worst experience ever with any carhire company I ever dealt with. A bunch of scammers, got the money, sent the invoice and the voucher and 12 hrs later, after a 5hrs flight, I'm front of the rental office I found the so called booking they did was never confirmed so there was no car reserved, nothing. My name was not even in the system. Scammers and thieves, the number in the app is not allocated, eventually I got another one from the website, but all I got was a very rude treatment, it was nothing to be done, was advised to spend my night in the airport and wait for them to try to book a car next day.

I reserved a car in Mexico from this company and ended up not being able to rent a car because the Hertz agent there wanted some extra cash for her pocket since she's getting a very small commission fee when costumers book through a 3rd party booking company. So I called this company three times for a help. No one was there to answer my call so I emailed them. After 3 wks, I got a response saying that it's not their responsibility and that it was my credit card problem and they wouldnt refund me. What???
