Very convenient and efficient thank you

The app consistently needs to be shut down and re opened in order to work correctly. So each time I try and load it without fully closing it I can't load my card or see the schedule of classes. The people that work at the gym say that this happens to most people if not all people with this app. The app is nice because it works as my membership card and shows a schedule of classes. It would be nice if it included the child care hours for the different branches though. Fix the app and it would get more stars

I've used it several times to check for class schedules and looked around on the app a bit. Although haven't gotten to go to the gym yet to use it more but it seems great so far.

Giving the app the lowest rating until they fix the spammy notifications. I have notifications disabled in Android but the app still loves to open itself to let me know about the latest Zumba class that I have zero interest in. I love the gym, hate the spammy app.

The app keeps reverting to another gym in another town. I keep having to change it back to my gym but I like that I can schedule the classes directly to my calender on my phone.

It's a great app. The only problem i have is it keeps saying my location is American Canyon.

It's ok. Despite several updates, the app still incorrectly defaults to American Canyon.

This app is inconsistent I can't ever seem to sink it to my club.

Promised internet and clean facility internet stops in the middle of a song, the young woman said that it was my phone, my phone Wi-Fi works every where else. Some areas are always Dirty.

App spams notifications with unnecessary messages.

Schedules/Times Not Always Accurate

Itvworks fine. I would like more descriptions of what the classes are so I know if I can do them.

The app is very helpful to find facilities and to tell me when classes are being held.

I use the app to check in. It has class schedules and so forth. Nice app.

Great Zumba, Yoga and Strength training classes. Good equipment too for solo training.

I am very happy with the app, it works according to my needs.

In shape advertised promotions for checking in, however refused to provide me with the promotional rewards after I met the goal because this app did nor have my date of birth entered. Not a local friendly corporation or app.

Location constantly reverts to american canyon. When I go to change it takes like 2 minutes to load screen and input zip

Constantly crashes, slow as hell, asks for reviews far too often

Great simple app to contact the gym, keep track of class schedules, or use in place of your barcode.

I have to agree with John Mani. Although the app is a great way to check in and look for class schedules it crashes on me almost everytime I try to use it. I couldn't figure out why but if it's because I'm not allowing it to use my location then it makes sense because I do deny those permissions. I like to keep my privacy as well, so if there is a way to fix this problem please do. Besides that, the app is useful when it's functioning properly.
