ثم يقوم المشروع باحتضان هذه المشاريع الصغيرة وتمويلها وتقديم لها كافة الاحتياجات الضرورية والخدمات اللازمة لتحقيق طموحاتهم في السنوات الأولى الحرجة من عمر المشروع بتكلفة رمزية، لدفع صاحب المشروع إلى التركيز على جوهر العمل لفترة محدودة ليتحول بعدها إلى مبادر جديد في السوق المحلي والعالمي.
