They TRAP you alright. Buy the toy, come here and buy the app. Bluetooth never pairs. No phone #. By the time you get online help, you can't get a refund on anything. Nice scam.

They didn't make this app look right on all phone sizes. It works decent on my Nexus 6P but when I'm looking at a map and try to open the menu, I can't see it all. The map covers the menu. Needs some work.

Nexus 4 running KitKat. This app works nicely! It's exactly what I needed. My only gripe is that the map menu doesn't display correctly while viewing a map. 1/4th of the text in the menu is cut off making it hard to make a selection. Other than that, good job!
