It's a good app and quick in lending but some of your decisions on lending are not adding up. TALA proves much more organized than you are. I have written to you through the app three two times with no feedback. But my issue is, I have been taking your loans frequently to meet my emergency cases and pay them all before the due dates but you never increase my limits from 1k. Secondly, I take a loan then pay it within the same day, after several hours just to visit your app and find that I can't get a loan until 23hours are over since the last loan received. Why should this be the case. Secondly, you increased my loan from 1k to 2k but looking at my limit later I found you had reduced to 1k again yet I've never delayed in any payment of a loan from you.

What a joke of a app. After applying for the first time and giving my bank details. Telling me am not eligible for a loan of just six thousand for no reason. I should try reapply after 14 days. Who has that time

I'm Charles from Kenya, this is the best app ever, I would give it ove 5stars. I only download and credited me with immediate loan helped me sorted out my issues. I love in Branch. It's now my financial partner forever keep up guys and I'll invite people as much as I can

This is the best App I am enjoying on my phone, I recommend it to my friends and those who haven't used it. It can solve your emergency problems at a lower interest. Pretty good and well organised. Keep up the good work.

I have been applying for a loan since February, I have tried more than 20 times, yet I have never got not even a 250 loan, yet I have been using my M_pesa frequently and saving messages...I don't know which criteria do you use to issue loans... I'm tired of waiting

Hae all was running smoothly...until ma Phone crushed and I had to flash it. Everytime I try to log in its like am signing in again. Once I try to sign in am told the Id no is already in use with another account. Have tried to contact you guys via email via fb via ma friend's branch app but its all in vain. I have to say am disappointed regarding to delayed response.

Good concept with excellent performance. Better interest rates compared to other brands of its kind. The only is that one should never this as an emergency option when in need of money, because it takes days to get the requested loan activated. That's the reason why I removed a star.

It keeps showing Unsupported SIM and unfortunately I'm using safaricom SIM which has my mpesa account. Kindly tell me what is the problem

I wil give 5 stars if you guys fix your app that whenever someone is making repayment should be automatically updated to his/her account,, and also we need to access our account n other devices than my phone. Upgrade it like names,, international,.

It's a fake thing. They keep on telling try next time after going through your details. The other apps don't do such and have gotten loans without complications.

I requested a loan and was declined. Now I have to wait for 14 days before I can request a loan. Really a good impression for your first timers. Thanks for waisting my time

After giving u my bank details u said am not qualified for loan. What should I do? I want to delete my details from ur app.

I attached a certificate of clearance but every time I try to apply the loan, you still send me the same message that i've been listed with CRB! Kindly let me know if you have an optional office number. Thank you!

I really hate branch for just using my interest of over 6 loans without giving me a better loan always a loan of 500 ..

Branch application is a very good platform tht gives it's users credit access in a timely manner. ..I hv no regrets of using this application as it serves my need when need arises

Fake application it keep telling me am approved for 1k but when i try to apply it respond i wait for 3 days

I paid my loan in time and in full but instead of increasing my loan limit,they decreased it...not happy at all
