Every time I go in to or out of a menu it asks me to login. Old app only needed you to login the one time.

Cannot place holds

Don't make me download an app I don't want taking up space on my phone just let me go to the website. Worst idea they ever had.

I like this app for quick renewals. I very much DISLIKE this app because not all items I look up come up on the app. If I go to the website, most of the time my item is listed there. Not really sure if it saves me time by having the app. There are 2 items I have searched for on the app and it tells me "No results found"...but I search the website for the same 2 items and there they are.....

This app is mostly very useful, but one thing I have trouble with is seeing how many renewals are left for each of my loans. Otherwise very easy to navigate and borrow materials.

The only reason I want an app on my phone is so that I can do things more quickly or easily. This app has less functionality than the library website. It's faster and easier to log on to the website to renew books and take care of other library business.

I just updated this app and now it won't let me log into my account. I tried deleting and reinstalling but it still won't let me in.

Now I can't even search by genre, let alone see the info of a book I may want besides random numbers. Super helpful.

Not very usable. Adds extra layer that prevents using Web page for downloading electronic media.

I love this app because it makes it super easy to put books on hold or check my fines. It is so helpful and I am glad I installed it.

It takes a long time to load things and sometimes it is difficult to tell what format the item is.

I like how I can see my account, search the catalog and renew books from the app.

Unable to cancel hold requests. Handy but featureless

I've noticed the last couple of days it says I have no checked out items. And I know I at least 10 books checked out. Items requested is there and accurate. I loved going to the app instead of the website

This app used to work but now it sucks can't request items

I won't let me delete items. So I can add new items.

Downloaded app, and it seems good, but there are some books checked out, and they don't show on my account.

havent had any problems yet i like it.

Im thoroughly dissatisfied there is no feature to see saved lists of books like on the website. I create those lists as a way to keep track of things to read later on. Without access to those lists this app is borderline pointless for me.

I'm not trying to use the app, I'm trying to visit the county library site, but it keeps pushing me here, so you get a 1 star.

This app interferes with access to a very well run website with a clunky, stubborn and slow third party app that won't do what you want.

The app is very easy to use. I love being able to find new books and renew my borrowed books

Won't load search or won't let me get more information about a book. I just installed this app and I'm already uninstalling it. Also, side complaint, stop asking me if I want to go to the mobile app or website when I try to load the website on my phone. Super obnoxious!

The app sucks. Id much rather use the regular desktop site.

I like being able to view my account through the app and I think the app works really well. I also like being able to borrow ebooks and eaudio. I don't like that everything e is through several different systems. I have the overdrive app to read books and listen to some e books, but emagazines, emovies, and music go through other apps. Its kinda ridiculous. Also, there should be a way to pay fines through the app. I primarily read ebooks and don't have time to run to the library to pay fines.

I like how the search lets me put in both author and title in one box, like Amazon, instead of making me enter them in separate boxes, like most library websites. Handy when the title is very common, e.g. "asimov foundation". I don't like how the app jumps back to the home screen when I slide the keyboard closed, so once I've slid open the keyboard to run a search, I have to leave it open until I'm done with the app. This probably just needs a minor fix, but has persisted in the app for a long time.

I hate it. The website is so much faster
