Vehicles page is scrambled ("licence plates" show one licence plate, one date and one word "standard" rather than three licence plates, and other details clearly in wrong fields). Crossings page is incomplete (omits random crossings and/or mis-dates them), and irritatingly gives dates in US format. A good idea, flawed implementation.

A note about failed logins -just use the menu log out then log back in. Works perfectly! Great app and really useful (15 May 2017)

Can't use it to add a vehicle which means you can't use it without the website. Doesn't do anything the website can't do anyway. Waste of money

Well I have just installed this and have managed to log on and off without any problems. All my vehicle and account information is correct and up to date. Like the fact you can top up from the app and that it shows the traffic at this nightmare crossing. Well done developers happy to pay for this.

Mostly a good app but the menu item "Crossings" doesn't list anything on Samsung Galaxy S3 or Nexus 7. If I chose "Top Up", I can choose " Crossing History " which does work. FOLLOW UP - Thanks for the response. Crossing History now sort of works but is showing the wrong number plate in the last column although they are correct in Top Up Crossing History. Only shows one number plate I don't own instead of the two I do. Dates and times are correct.

Won't let me log into my account. Keeps coming up with "we could not log you in". L8er fixed fault, everything works perfectly and Was still given a full refund.

Cannot log in even though the exact same email and password gets me logged in on the gov site. No response from olabs after emailing them for advice and support so looks like no chance of a refund for a product that does not work. Wonder how much they have made from this? Avoid this app at all costs. Easier to use the gov website which is free. This app charges you £1.99, albeit once only, for the same service.
