The app is terrible, and their service even more so. The bubble top cans come only 3 days after you place the order, and sometimes not even then if you make a mistake of specifying date of delivery in a app. Also, if you have ordered through the wallet it is impossible to cancel an order before it comes. Furthermore, they trap you into an endless loop. I intend to move to another service provider as soon as possible.

Just creating an app doesn't mean ur have a good business sense. If u can't serve the customer right for the first time there is no reason to believe u will serve them well afterwards... Worst service.. Not reliable.

It's a great service. They always deliver in time. However they have some issues with the payment system and it fails often. Not that it affects me. They deliver even when the online payment fails, without asking a question. But I kind of feel bad about being in debt to them and not being able to repay them. They don't have an option to repay the dues nor a customer feedback section in their app. Pls fix this ASAP. Regards.

worst service. No proper delivery. cannot trust their promises.App orders will not be successful always. need to contact customer service for confirmation. Think ten times before joining the service. I have requested for refund for the deposit against cans 2 months back. followed up many times. They give false promises each time, till date not refunded.

Not able to place order through the app. I have to resort to their website every time. This app is a total waste...No concerned people takes steps to improve the app

App accepts order ,but the order does not turn up. Customer care ppl say there is issue in App. Then why is there an App?? Bad service. No follow ups.Uninstalled

Bubble top started delaying all deliveries and it impacted my life. I will ensure this company suffers maximum damage in reputation and incur heavy loss in business.

A really bad app. I had ordered 5 cans of bisleri water on the 31st of May and it was due for delivery the next day but until now I haven't even got a call from them stating why there is a delay. If u can't deliver on time, why create an app in the first place ? Pathetic is not the word !!!! Uninstalling the app this very second.

No option to change the mobile number. Delivery not on time. Customer care not reachable. No customer care. Mobile no mentioned in website switched off. No refund of deposit amount paid.

Waste. Pls dont install and waste time. Guess they r fake companies collecting our database

The worst water supply system Order for water will not reach you even after 5 days, customer care will never respond, there is no contact details on the app either worst..

Worst Service, I think they are faking customers by just getting deposit amount. They won't provide you water after getting deposit amount. Complete cheating.

Please avoid this app. I ordered 3 bottles and paid. They didn't deliver. Their customer care is not bothered.

Worst service . Not delivering water on time, customer care number is always unattended, Sundays there will be no service, response to email is abnormally delayed or at times no response. Several times ran out of drinking water, TOTALLY UNRELIABLE SERVICE PROVIDER Better look for a different vendor

They always promise you delivery within 24 hours, but many times, it doesn't happen even after you make pre payment, and no proper response from customer care even after 48 hours! I need to find a new service provider in Chennai

Good initiative though. Hope it develops soon and the rates are decreased. I live near Ramachandra college. Yet I don have coverage. And the rates are very much high. I prefer local players.

Please Do not get into this trap .. even if you place an order for a low priced can they say no stock and force you to buy higher priced can .. even the request to get out of this mess is pending for 4 weeks now .. 300 rs deposit is gone .. bunch of scam

A good initiative but not executed in well manner, need lots of improvement from customer care to delivering area..there should be one person to take responsibility,given nearly 20 numbers but half the month no one picks.delivery made in 3-4 days that to after regular follow-up from ur side..

I selected 1 bisleri 20L can. It forcefully added 1 empty can of 150Rs. and gave me a total of 225/-. I dont want an empty can, why should i buy it. Also, they've set a min of 3 cans on ur first order. This app is not at all suitable for bachelors.
