UPDATE 12/4: Finally heard back. Had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, but finally got a card to send(3 wks down), so upping rating again. Hope it continues to work. UPDATE: Nobody responds to emails. Disappointed in how this app has deteriorated. This app was working great, but the last couple days I get errors saying it can't send. Finally got one out after like 17 times of redoing the card. Frustrating. Update: Day 3 and still getting errors and can't send cards. HOW CAN WE GET HELP???

I can't say enough good things about Flikshop! From the easy to use app to the great customer service it's truly one of a kind. I sent several per week and often send groups of them out during holidays or to show off baby pictures to all her uncles and auntie behind bars! Yes, it's difficult to say much in 300 characters but this doesn't replace mail for us, I still write a real letter every day. Takes a little while to get to my hubby but we're all the way down in AZ so that's understandable. I will continue to use this service over and over! Can't beat the price even if you were printing and mailing them yourself!

I've sent 3 different pictures and my family member has not received one yet. There should be a way for us to check the status of an order.

Does anyone know how long it takes the post cards to get to los angeles county jail ?

These get to the inmates pretty fast. Much faster than regular mail.

Ive been trying for the longest to log in i even used my husbands email and stupid send an email to confirm account then it wont let me log in cause email format is incorrect . Stupid app. I was so excited to use it.

So the app let me purchase a credit but won't let me send my post card because it's saying I need to add credits. It had no problem taking my money but is having an error submitting the card. Now I can't reach anyone to help me out with this situation. I will change my review if someone contacts me.

I loved the app up until today. For some reason it isnt allowing me to login. I am inputting my login info correctly & im still unable to send out anything. I also have credits that i havent used. Im very disappointed.

I had enjoyed it this far. But now I cannot log back in and I'm positive I'm using the correct password. Still, I went into the forgot your password option and it said that it could not be validated and I needed to contact the administrator. How do I do that?

I love this app. For the days I want to make sure my husband has mail, even when I might not be able to write, I can send him a quick flikshop. He likes them alot. They get to him quicker than mail does. customer service is great, friendly, and responsive. Get this app, it really helps me support my husband.

SMH flick shop will take your money just fine and I promise you that the inmates will get the pics two weeks late or not at all so I have pics of my family just out there Smfh

These postcards help me to cheer up n put smiles on many of my friends n loved ones faces who are locked up. I am a wife, pen pal, and loyal friend and these postcards help me make sure they know their loved n missed! Thank You Flikshop!!!

I sent 4 post cards to 3 different people & only one was received

I bought 10 credits gave already sent 3 postcards sent over 3 weeks ago and my boyfriend has not received a single one.. than no contacted support and they never emailed me back. I'm going back to the old postcard app I use to use INK cards you only pay a dollar more but great customer service and they actually get your card. I still have no idea where the helm my postcards ended up going

I love being able to send my babe pics Ive sent one every day for the past year and a half, love that he can sleep with me by his side. but the only things I don't like is that you can only send 300 characters in one postcard, we should be able to type more, and also you should let us track our postcards as well, I sent postcard over a week ago and he still hasn't gotten it. I have a hard time writing with my busy schedule but this has made it to were I can still send my love with creativity! Others get envious when he gets these and always are asking how I send them to him.

I have been using this for a month. The pictures come as a post card to the jail. Its a nice size too so he/she will see your picture just well .. I will continue using it during times i dont get to print out my photos for my husband. Only thing im using, so glad this man came up with this

I've completely fallen in love with this app that I've told EVERYBODY about it. I'm so pleased with this app and how easy it is to use and the fact that I can personalise and show my love to my incarcerated loved ones it's amazing.

I love this app. I surprised my inmate with the first postcard and he was so excited. Since then I have sent another and plan to each week. Thank you flikshop for helping me stay connected to my loved one.

Its been more than a week that I sent three postcards and my loved one hasn't received it yet ! I wanna know what's going on with my order ! I sent an email last night and they have yet responded , can somebody please tell me how long it takes for the inmate to receive ?

I love using this app. I use it regularly, my loved one was amazed at how good they look. Just wish the stamp picture was a tiny bit bigger and the paper was glossier. Other than that. Amazing and your loved one is sure to love it too. :) #PrisonWife

This app is by far one of its kind but for those of us who actually have a loved one doing time, we could never fit what we'd like to say into 300 words. The limit isn't even reasonable! Since some of us are so busy and because technology is evolving we now have Flikshop! Why limit your app? You should expand your service offers or at least let us write more than 300 words! Be fair! This isn't commissary! We are paying customers!

The app is incredibly easy to use and by far the cheapest way to send pics to an inmate. I will use it many times in the future and have already recommended it to others as well. :)

Id just like to take the time to express my gratitude I have had a family member my brother over 12 yrs and again 14yrs, friends and even a boyfriend at one time in prison. I can truly say this the most helpful fast and easy way to let them know I care. Nobody knows until you're there. Please people write your loved ones. Thank you and may God bless you

Best app in the world to me and my fiance!! I can just snap a picture, write a little note and send it to him...it costs almost as much as printing a picture and buying stamp but saves me so much time. Perfect for a busy mom who works fulltime!! Thanks Flikshop!!
