The ten forms are designed for one to return to the original flow state between Heaven and Earth. iTC will help you unfold your inner peace. This App will teach you the technicality of the forms and their philosophical meanings. About time!! This app is an amazing resource for this generation. It's a shame but we are in a time when we desperately need to learn how to relax, destress, and even elevate our point of view. Especially when we are constantly being bogged down with external stresses and daily responsibilities, Integral Tai Chi is the answer to our mind, body, and spiritual health!
