Turn your Android device into a reliable, robust, secure Android kiosk playing looping videos, images and web pages. Easy to use, you’ll have your Android TV, tablet, phone playing videos, images and web pages and running unattended, and reliably with minimal set up. FEATURES
Easy to Use
Plays video and/or images and/or web pages in a loop with a simple 2-step Installation. Here’s what you do:
Create a folder [/sdcard/Video Kiosk or /sdcard/Movies/Video Kiosk] and put your media in the folder
Launch Video Kiosk
Video Kiosk will now play the contents of the folder, in a loop, unattended. Video Kiosk can be used to run the big screen at a gym, shop, or anywhere where you need to run a digital signage display. The only thing staff needs to know how to do is turn the TV on - Video Kiosk takes care of the rest.
Flexible display modes
Use Full screen display for video loop player on tablet or phone, full screen for Digital Signage with Android TV
Use four-panel screen for Digital Signage with widgets (looping media in one, widgets in the other three)
Use with touchscreen overlays and Secure Kiosk Mode for Interactive Kiosks
Control Video Loop Playback Order and Schedule
Control Playback Order using Playlists, Sort by path or filename, Random order or Round Robin through folders
Set a playback schedule using Android Calendar, Google Calendar, XML schedule file

Password protect Video Kiosk
Restrict access to device controls, especially useful for interactive devices
Video Kiosk can kill the System UI, for Secure Kiosk mode (on rooted devices only)

Error Handling: Skips unplayable files and keeps playing, restarts the kiosk when too many errors detected

No down time required when updating. The new video loop will play the next time the loop starts.

We use the app for our digital signage in our Fellowship Hall at church. It works great and the customer support has been fabulous. He helped us work out several issues on our end along the way in order to get it working properly. No issues on the app side, just user error things on our side. I highly recommend this app especially for the price. It can't be beat! There are a ton of functions that we aren't even using but it is nice to know there is room to grow. ;) Great video tutorials too!

This is only video looper that works well with very old versions of android. There is also one nice alternative application in the store, but their licensing terms are not that nice. Video Kiosk is clear winner. Great, helpful tech support! Will buy this app again for future projects. Thank you!

I have had Video Kiosk installed on my tablet now for around 6 months primarily to provide cartoon entertainment for a 2 year old when we are out driving in the car! I have it configured to play random cartoons and to prevent young fingers from accidentally interrupting them or changing the volume etc and it has functioned perfectly all the time . If you require a really customisable video player you really must give this a try, you wont be disappointed, especially with the excellent support service that Robert provides.

I have been unable to open Video Kiosk on my G3 running the latest update, 5.1.1; I receive a FC error everytime. Uninstalling.

This app does everything I need and more. With little knowledge, its possible to create an easily updatable media display. It's not free but the support from the team more than makes up for this when you need some advice. Not to mention, the app itself.

Great app. This would be a 5 star review but it would be lovely to have the UI disappear completely and only reappear after a set gesture. Do this and I would change this review. [EDIT] literally received the preview the same night as posting this and they added the suggestions as well :)

Hi, I bought your app VIdeo Kiosk last year. Now I tried to update "Free trial Please purchase a licensw for commercial use" Should I buy your app twice? Do I need to have the files played on a schedule file, and not with Google calendar Your website unfortunately does not work, can you send instructions on how to play video files with the "schedule xml files". I needed an app that would seamlessly loop a video on an Android tablet, as well as hide the tablet's icons, and this app did the trick. Another amazing feature of this app is that it enables you to bypass the tablet's menus on startup, and instantly start looping a video. Unfortunately for me, I needed to buy the cheapest tablet I could find, because I'm creating an art installation that will use many tablets, so I need to keep production costs down. Many of the cheapest tablets run older Android versions(pre 4.2), and I ran into some playback problems. This app's creator spent two full days with me on email, one of those days being a weekend, to sort out my problem. Amazingly helpful!
