Bypass Lane

I also tried it several times on several days at Lambeau Field but could not get an order to be placed. Only saw a cryptic pop-up which said, Oops. I tried resetting my password so I could start over. I got a pop-up saying a text message is on its way but never got that message. I even contacted the IT support team at Lambeau Field but the guy there had no idea what was wrong. Very very disappointing app.

Tried using this @ Orlando City Stadium on 3/5. I select my section, row and seat... menus never load. just says "tap to refresh". no one at stadium has an idea what is wrong. Apple users had no problem.

It used to work great. I tried to enter a new CC and every time I try to change the expiration date the app crashes. Fix it or shut it down. Frustrating.

Not working at the Orlando City Stadium. Food, Drinks list does not refresh. Unable to request support through the app because is crashes. Sent email and follow-ups three weeks and no reply. Please Help.

This used to work but it now crashes when trying to enter a credit card. It also no longer lets you select which concession stand to order from. If you're not going to support this app then close it down and inform the stadiums that have this.

Oct. 2016 update. Still SUCKS!! Doesn't work. Tried 3 credit cards. Says merchant id is invalid.

I tried multiple credit cards and even debit wouldn't accept any one of them.

I love this concept and app downloaded without a problem, but ordering was another story. Couldn't order the family pack because it wouldn't let you pick more than one of the same type of drink. There was only a box to check, not a quantity. We just got up and waited in line since it was such a small stadium.

A complete waste of time. Don't bother. It is much easier to stand in a long line than last the app, set passwords, enter card numbers,order a beer, and wait for something to serve you.

Worked very well at the Linc for Monster Jam. Less than 5 minutes from order to delivery. I'll use it again!

Only after I ordered and paid for my order did the app tell me that I could come down to the stand and pick it up IN AN HOUR!! Fail..... App needs to list current wait time at the top of the order screen.

Tried placing order twice. No joy. All my info is entered correctly. My 10 year old son writes more effective apps.

Got to our seats, took the order for all 6 of us, submitted the order, paid by ATM credit card that was already loaded onto the app (yes, it gives the option for a last minute change for someone else to pay), got a text message on my cell 5-7 mins later, walked to the concession stand, walked straight to the front in a private line for Bypass Orders, and right back to the seats. What easily would have been a 20 minute loss of game time was only 5. Very Cool!!!

Doesn't seem to recognize any screen actions. Can not select a venue or scroll through list of venues.

Every once in a while the app goes really slow and force closes, but for the most part it works great! You enter in your section, row, and seat you are at and it shows you all available bypass lane places in the building. Also, at each food place, there is a bright blue mat and is roped off to show you where you should go, so you dont wait in line. They text you when your order is ready and you walk up, to the small line, if there is a line at all, where the big bright blue mat that reads "Bypass Lane".

Supposed to be a perk of sitting in the club seats at bbva compass stadium, but constantly get internal server error :( . Will give it a few more games before I uninstall. HTC EVO

Would be great if it worked. Normally I would work with developers on issues, but this app fails on many levels.

Used this app at coca cola park. The only thing I didn't like was that when entering your seating info there is no option to choose a luxury box. My son wanted different food than what was in the box so I used this app. Worked great though, didn't have to wait in line!

We used this app today at a ballpark and it was great. We walked past a huge line to pick up our hot food with no wait. We even got $5 off our order!

Avoid this app unless your venue has their act together. Used this once since the venue had a $5 credit advertised. Never got the credit when I placed my first order, they charge a 99-cent fee, and for this fee I waited over 5 minutes for the staff to even acknowledge I was THE ONLY PERSON STANDING IN THE BYPASS LANE STARING AT THE TICKET PRINTER WITH MY ORDER ON IT! If I waited in the regular line they would have served me sooner and I'd have saved the stupid (in)convenience fee. Uninstalling.

The app now accesses your audio recorder, which is an unwarranted privacy intrusion - in theory it could record anything you say. Also, the user agreement opts your email in for SPAM, you get no choice in the matter. If it weren't for this, it would be a great app. Will be uninstalling. Don't need more spam spam spam spam....

Great idea, and its really handy. It just don't like that the app has audio recording privileges.

This is awesome...I feel like a VIP when picking up my order "bypassing" the regular concessions line. Great idea!!!

I use this all the time when I'm at the Ranger game. Also when a friend is at the game when I'm not, I buy him a beer and text him where to pick up @!

Finally! Menus aren't updated enough at the Dell Diamond. Otherwise this app is an absolute dream. People are jealous when I stroll to the front of the line.

Bypass lane is a genius idea! I can't wait until it is in all sports complexes. It is extremely convenient. My first experience was at dell diamond.

Bypass was a real time saver at Coca Cola Park. Super convenient! The only downside is that you can't take advantage of the $2 a ticket discount.

Won't let me choose my home team so sign up fails. Brings up an error screen saying it can't read undefined "name"

App works on iphone, but has runtime errors on android. Tech support seems to not exist.

Does the job... great not to wait in linee toting kids to the game
