It drains my battery. When it starts up it stops my music that's playing from a different app. Ford those to things and this is 4 or 5 starts

Loving the app but will only give 4 stars as the intergration with Spotify (my preferred music) could be worked on. If I have Spotify going then start the workout, Spotify stops. If I start the workout, then start Spotify it stops the workout. I have to have both apps open then tab between them. Small issue but frustrating.

First app I purchased. Regret it. You still can see ads for their other apps. Honestly, I'm a fan of supporting things you use but skip it it here.

This program would be perfect aside from the gradual but challenging increase to 5 min and the following by the 5-8-20 week. A bit to much for me. Id prefer an extra couple weeks leading up to that. I know I can and might do that on my own. It just makes for a period of guilt of no progress which is likely the cause for that point actually probably having the highest rate of quitting.
