Worst please dont uae this app...i have made pre booking before 1 day ..for the next day...at end time i got call from company ghat he is not coming...really worst it is. Please dont use ...just making fool to the customers

If the destination is of minimum fare then the response from the driver's is zero....which is unacceptable...! You need to get that sorted as of yesterday...

Booked taxi for airport in advance. Got a call from cabzo saying driver not is not reacheable. Booked tabcab.Dont risk if your travel is important. TOTAL FLOP SERVICE.

Today I book taxi then I got msg said wait for 15 min over driver will be come on 15 min I wait 15 min I call driver he use very rude language said I m in Worli when I got the your location order for Worli then I come otherwise I m not come said do whatever want to do said I m not coming that the service u giving customers .. stupid people

Really Cool with new features and updated UI

I had booked taxi 6days in advance & received message that will get cab details shortly but not received any details no calls & nothing. Bt i had taken already precaution to book tabcab(which came on given time) by reviewing other customers reviews that cabzo's service is pathetic & we dnt get taxi on time...plz dnt make false promises on your app that customer will get details shortly about booked taxi...such a pathetic service cabzo is having...thank god i wasn't totally depend on u.dnt rely.... cabzo....

I called up helpline ..dey suck on 29/06/15 at mahalaxmi to ghatkopar...I called him 6 times at 10 pm ... He everytm told will cal u ..but did not called me back ..instead I got 3 taxis in waiting locally to come to ghstkopar ...dis service provider sucks ...n no facility for cool cab also ! Go to hell ..love u Uber meru ola ...

Frnds plzz dont go for cabzo as I booked taxi from thane to kandivali which is arnd 30 kms the fare that came for one journey was 770 rs when I contacted cabzo they said that they are not responsible for the fare. The fair fare is arnd 400-500 so I gave the driver 540. Also I was asked to give toll for both the ways bt other tab services like OLA and UBER take one way toll. Cabzo personnel intially refrained from reducing the fare & after lot of argument I gave him 540 rs. I request all to beware of cabzo..

I use cabzo everyday to travel to my work place i have always succeeded in getting a black yellow Taxi thank you cabzo keep it up

Would be great if we could chose the size of the car ie a santro or van.

It was raining heavy and no taxi from my area were ready to go from mulund to Dadar. I had to catch train at 10.15pm from Dadar for my native. I thought of trying cabzo app and made a travel later booking at 7.15pm. Even though I was not confident enough that will get a taxi or not thru the app but within 10-15 mins I got a call from the driver, and was able to reach Dadar by 10pm.I have tried the App just once but my experience was good.

Booked a cab for 3 am in the morning. Confirmation came in the app, but driver didn't turn up... had difficulties getting another cab at that time...

Trying to get a taxi on the road is a waste of time Thanks to cabzo getting a Kali peeli has become easy.

They're mostly unable to arrange a cab unless you are looking for one in non peak hours like 11 am to 4 pm. Use it for non critical trips only.

This is very nice helping the taxi drivers and moreover it decentralizes the taxi service I mean if such services are controlled by one or two players It will be drastic in future like power supply.

But include referral bonus option. And emergency contact option doesn't work, please rectify it.

Taxi comes to my doorstep to pick me up. And no price haggling! Such a relief
