10-21 Police Phone

So far I cannot make any calls using the app. I enter the number and hit the green "call" button. The secondary screen flashes up (with the red "dial" button) and immediately goes back to the first screen, not making the call. So far not usable or impressed. UPDATE: I emailed support and got a return e-mail fairly quickly with how to fix my issue. As of now the issue seems to be fixed and working properly. I have updated my rating mainly based on how quickly support answered to try and fix the issue. As long as there are no further issues, I will update my rating to 5 stars.

I really want this to work. Live the idea but it's just not there yet. I have not had a call work very well yet, they either can't hear me or there is a horrible delay. Hopefully they can figure out how to make this work because it's such a great idea for officers.

Love the app. Only complaint I have is I've received calls while on a call using the app. My phone will ring while trying to talk to people.

This app is outstanding! My agency does not issue department phones and this app allows me to use my personal phone without having to reveal my phone number. If the subject tries to call you back, 10-21's automated answering service will give the subject an opportunity to request a call back. The app will send you an immediate notification which you can follow up with at your convenience. Great job developers and thank you!

Works great when you have to contact citizens and you don't have a work cell phone. Have been using the app for 3+ years and have never had a problem with it. Have recommended to many coworkers.

Callers can't hear me when I call. Calls choppy. Very bad connection.

The app works well but you might as well just give the person your phone number because if they call the number back that comes up when you call through the app it gives them the option to request a call back and that impart sends a notification to your phone and like me I've been having a problem with people requesting a notification and I just keep getting notifications I wish the makers of this app would just have an option to where the call would be directed straight to your agency call back or dispatch number I've considered stop using this app because I'm tired of getting a notification when I'm trying to sleep that somebody from the night before is now requesting a call back

I like the app, but it should allow for use with Bluetooth devices.

Needs texting. Otherwise it's perfect.

Great app

Love this app and is must have for the job. Use it on a near daily basis and usually have 0 issues. Only issue that sometimes comes up, when I dial a number it acts like it rings for a second then hangs up. It's usually quickly resolved with a force stop but still a minor nuisance. Keep up the solid work and let's get that call recording app going ;)

Good when it works. When this app works its great, but many times the delay and call quality is just so bad I hang up and call back with my Google voice number which is also VOIP but is so much more reliable. I keep it installed and keep trying hoping it will get better.

Sometimes it works great other times the person on the other end says my connection is bad. Sometimes when I enter in a number to dial it dials for half a second then hangs up. Repeated attempts result in same thing even though it is a good phone number. I need the app and love having it. Just wish it was more reliable.

The best application for cops. Agencies without issued phones may use this with your personal phone with comfort. Absolutely recommend this app, even for departmental issued phones.

Listen I don't get a work phone. I have to contact people with my personal and it was really aggravating to contact people with *67 because most people won't answer. I love loveeeee this app. The only gripe I have is it had a bug in keep experiencing with the call not going through until I restart the app. Listen I'm not trying to complain because I want to thank the developer of this app for this because it's great and I love the notifications. Thank you.

I would give this 5 stars but every time I use it, the call volume goes way down no matter how high I try to make it. After I end the call, my regular notifications don't make a sound. I have to restart my phone in order to hear texts or calls.

I previously voted this as a one star app due to not being able to contact 10-21 while they do their verification. Now that I'm approved it is a great app. Nobody expects you to be who they are. And the "off duty" features are nice.

I love using this app. It makes life much easier to contact people instead of calling on a restricted number since most people will not answer it. The only issue I am having is that I have to close the app and reset after each call or the call will not dial. Other than that, it's a perfect application.

Fake app that attempts to collect official LEO email to be spammed. Be careful entering department or otherwise official email with this due to the potential of being targeted in a phishing hacking scam which could put restricted records and access in jeopardy. Our IT department has assessed this app and its a risk. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE A BRICK SOLID ANTIVIRUS.

Garbage app that doesnt work even after providing official email. Will uninstall it. Field cell phones are expected to be deployed in March so I guess *67 is gonna work for now.

I would give this app 5 stars if I could make calls while on my Bluetooth instead of holding the phone to my head.

I don't have a police email, I sent my university one, Any other way to verify? A number to call? I can forward my military credentials (Fixed)

This app works great for what I need at work. Im able to make clear calls from a fake number and they are still able to make a return call if they wish. Great App!!!

It's a great app! I am able to get in contact with my victims a lot more. My department blocks it number for some reason.. but now I am able to get calls and when I am off duty I am not bothered

No longer works. I reset password and still unable to sign in.. useless

Good App, It would be nice if the Voip could be linked with Bluetooth. If you accidently double tap the end call button it stays connected to the call.

Extremely useful. I get way more people to answer than calling with a blocked number. I've recommended to all the people on my shift.

Great asset, have been using for months, even with the option of directing non answered calls to dispatch....very valuable
