App used to work fine. I reset my phone and reinstalled app but now there is no place on app to make my deposit and Capital One basically told me too bad. That's not really good for an online bank. Now crushed with overdraft fees.

Worked great for the first month or so, but now the mobile app won't sign on and you can't make deposits. You also can't make deposits from a desktop setup, which makes no sense. They did supply me with an address to mail deposits to, but that's highly inconvenient. I'm running out of patience.

Unbelievably the best customer service. With business checking and this app I've been extremely please. I've had to call customer service twice with questions and both times there was no hold and the person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Worked fine on my last phone. Got a new Moto Z2 and it won't even open.

Does what I need it too

This app requires you to type in the amount of a check when depositing. Problem is, the "o" is missing. I had a check for 650.00, so I entered 649.99 I figured they would see it was 650 when processed. Somehow it GOT DEPOSITED IN MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT. Assuming anyone that has this app is a business owner, you know we are not supposed to mix money with personal/business. I called capital one and they can't fix it. Guess it's time for me to find a new bank!

Doesn't let you take screenshots of your own money for your records! What sort of business app is that?! 1 star, since at least it doesn't require any extra Android permissions, unlike the personal app. Also, this app is very slow — to make it even slower, they show you fake outlines before the actual data is pulled.

Won't open on moto z force2. Wife and I both have the new phone and we can't open the app. It just force closes. Makes it hard to deposit a check????

Depositing checks is currently broken for Android 7 on HTC 10 (edit: with Russian as the default language. A workaround is to set the default language to English). If the value on check is under 1000 the app adds two zeros at the end. If the value is over 1000 it replaces the cents with 00's. Waiting for a fix.

Force closes on moto z2 force. Completely unusable until this is updated.

Tried to make deposit but kept saying "no valid accounts." Tech support said its a known glitch and to keep trying till it works. It never worked and now I'm locked out of my accounts for 24hrs for too many logins. What a joke.

Very frustrating to deposit checks. If your phone rotates during a photo, it logs you out. It takes automatic photos so quickly, the check picture will often have your hand in it as you flip the check over.

Won't let me login... Tried 2 different phones. Tried Android 6 and 7. Seems a bit useless.

Will not run on new Sony Xperia xz premium. App just crashes

Just what I need...simplicity

Well overall the app is good. The service is fine. The location to make cash deposits horrible. I don't live, work or go anywhere near the location of where that deposit ATM is located here in Chicago. Thankfully the app allows you to make mobile deposits for the checks.

So far, the app does what I need it to do. One big issue though is the false 2 stage sign in security. The two stage authentication is just stupid and a misleading and false security. I am on my mobile phone, signing into the phone app, and getting a txt message with the two stage authentication code.... How about you just do away with the two stage authentication because it does absolutly nothing to protect anyone. If you want to add something more, have an extra pin number or something that doesn't use the phone to gain access.

Pretty good but not 100% synced with the web site (invoices and bills), but the core functionality of transfers and check cashing is all there.

Mobile deposit awesome. Works every time. Sometimes three day holds placed on checks. Other than that great app love it!

Works better then Most Online Banking Apps. No Maintenance. Best thing for a start-up Business.

I have a full time career but also a small side business for fun. Spark has enabled me to do my banking quickly and for free. Highly recommend for other small business owners.

Mobile check deposit kicks user out during picture taking step. Have tried multiple times and it constantly fails. I have a Nexus 5x running android 7.1.2. To me that is the most important feature of the app. Really disappointed

This app is always being worked on, the one thing I wish would fix is how long the Sureswipe design stays on the screen after entering the password. Prying eyes are everywhere, do we need to keep sensitive information up that long?

Would be perfect if I could use my finger print to sign in on Android, otherwise works great.

Used to redirect to another app kind of suspect... now it's just stopped working
