We have 2 simple pricing plans with no contracts. Choose the one that fits your business’ needs between transactional volume and maximum flexibly. Both plans come with 1 free mobile reader.
- Pro Plan is priced at 1.99% per swipe with a $19/monthly fee + $0.05 per transaction fee. Credit card fees for Visa, MasterCard & Discover are just 1.99%, while AmEx is 2.80%. Keyed transactions are 2.80% per swipe.
- Go Plan is priced at 2.65% per swipe with no monthly fee + $0.05 per transaction fee. Credit card fees for Visa, MasterCard & Discover are just 2.65%, while AmEx is 3.70%. Keyed transactions 3.70% per swipe.

Does not work with Google Pixel, as others have reviewed below. Doesn't recognize card reader. Have to plug it into my tablet to use. Luckily I only keep this as a backup to my other merchant service

I have used this app with a reader on an HTC evo and HTC One m8. It works well. Capital one has been square. They charge me exactly what they said they would. Much better than my prior providers. However, finding out how much that is is a bit tedious. You can export an improperly configured spreadsheet and manually tabulate the charges. I suppose no one else reports expenses or I am missing an option to receive a statement. It makes tax time less fun, but I have few transactions. If I had a thousand a month, I would change providers for a better reporting feature.

Approved a a transactipn then did not fund my accoint. They asked for docs, gave them what they wanted, still no funds. Now they tell me to issue a refund. Two weeks no money.

I'm stuck between 3 choices: 1)This is not a real app.... 2) It's some joke/prank 3) It's by far the worst thing I think I've ever even heard of, and I haven't even used it yet..... lolol (So I'm gonna rate it a 2 and a half because this last choice can't be the scenario)

Bad swipe or failure messages are losing me customers. What is going on???? Just started this last week. But I'm really frustrated going to have to go back to PayPal because people are leaving my booths line because of this bs. Don't have 5 mins to retry everyones cards!!!

Just signed up and cannot log into app without getting an error. Why would I want to use this to help my business when I can't even log in the first time?

5/19/17- Since latest upgrade earlier this week, I keep getting "Bad Swipe" onmearly every card, OR, after customer signs, I get a decline screen and error message "Failed to read card data". I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!!! Upgraded, hoping to increase security and speed... When you put in PIN, the numbers are there for anyone to see. Also, the app is extremely SLOW to use! Why do I need to tap SWIPE? Can't I swipe a card and it just read it? Also, the WORST PART: After customers sign, it takes forever to get past the receipt and dismiss screens! I should be able to say no and move along instead of waiting forever to be able to process another transaction! Please speed it up, and get us some EMV card readers!!!! *****UPDATE 2/12/2016***** Original rate was 3 stars. My new buddy Wilson at CO reached out to me, and has been very open and honest in communicating with me about the changes and updates, and he and the team are working on solutions to any existing issues! I've upgraded my review to 4 stars to be fair, and after the next update, I hope to give it a 5! Let me say this: A LITTLE BIT OF COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONNNNNG WAY!!!

I give up. I tried and tried to do business with you all.. but after months of back and forth with problem after problem.. I'm going with Square. After being assured that we had all been switched to a new gateway (whatever that means) I still get the same error message. Then run the card again (sometime again and then again) and it goes through just fine. I know I know... log out and log back in.. blah blah blah. I'm busy. I'm on a schedule. I have customers standing there while I struggle to make this payment app ran by a MAJOR cc company do what it should just do. It makes me late for my next appointment. It makes me then run late all day. It's a gadget of convenience that is nothing more than a massive inconvenience. I actually had a customer yesterday with a Capital Spark credit card (didn't even know that was thing). My Spark pay app sent an error message on IT'S OWN CARD BRAND!!! Final straw.. You all should just pull the plug on this thing, get it straight and then come back. The system as it is now is just an embarrassment.

I thought moving my Merchant Services to Capital One would save us some money and be more efficient then our other merchant service. Shame on me for thinking that!! After at minimum of 12 hours on hold to get the account running. they charged us for the account, charged the end customers card and held the funds to us. Do not be fooled by the advertisements this is not a place you should "bank your business on". I crawled back to the Elavon Costco team they had us up and running in no time. STAY CLEAR OF THE BUSINESS BANKING SIDE THEY WILL BURN YOUr TIME WITH LITTLE PAYBACK! Updated: Obviously based on the response from Capital One they missed the being on hold for 12 hours. Why would I spend anymore wasted business time? Wasn't the goal to keep more hard earned money and spend less time. BEWARE not as it appears.

At a vendor event today...all the sudden I can't log in. On with tech for 45 minutes and they can't figure it out. Thanks for less sales today...all I can say is you suck and looking into a different system

Having troubles with my Google pixel phone and this app. Multiple crashes and the screen layout doesn't allow me to see all of the information needed to make a sell. Also it does not connect to my pay device when I plug it in.

hey 2 for 2 updates via my responses here...maybe 3? why cant u fix the email box to be loooooonger so it can fit/display fully so the client can verify it before sending their reciept!? its way too small/short! no reason why it cant be lengthened.

I cannot login. When I enter the 4th digit to my pin, it reads it as enter so my pin is invalid. My bfs phone is experiencing the same problem.

Lately my app is crashing. It take way to many attempts to finally get it to work. Then sometime the swipe works and too many times I have to enter the information.

Its accessing massive amounts of 3rd-Party Internet Servers etc !!! & also GPS-Location service !! in our opinion, such activities are NOT Respectful Of User's Privacy & Other Rights. Other aspects of this app, r Good & Useful :) But need more improvements. It DOES-NOT access Device & App Use History/List, Running App List, Logs, etc so that is good aspect :) (Even LawEnforcement wud have needed Court-Order for access/get History/Log Private Data!) When this app's Dev/CapitalOne/Spark will improve & respect more Rights, then we will update this review. Thanks.

I don't know why but on my device it defaults to a landscape orientation. Because of this I am unable to manually charge a transaction,. The option is unavailable and the app won't rotate to portrait. Nexus 5X

Went to bank told me it was ready to use, later they refunded all sales back to customers without my consent. Worst experience with Spark Pay, will go back to using Square.

I was trying to find an alternative with better rates than Square and PayPal Business. This looked promising. I enrolled, but without notice, they canceled my account before I even got started. I called the support number, and they claimed I was "denied" last month. Now they are not even accepting new applications. Very shady!

The new version is not compatible with android version 4.4.2. My Samsung sm - t230NU is not connecting with the swiper. The device shows ear phone plugged in when I plug in the swiper but the software kept saying "reader not connected". Some how the sparkpay software failed to take over the ear phone control. Update. After some software updates. Some problems are fixed. But the reader itself is still a problem. I use the readers occasionally for big trade shows. Within a year, two of the readers were dead. It is NOT that they never worked, they worked for a while and just stopped reading the card numbers all the sudden. From outside, they looked brand new. The old readers I got several years ago still work. The new ones are really bad. And the old ones were free to me, the new crappie ones, they actually charge you! What sparkpay fail to realize is that when their device stopped working, they lost lots of business with me because I have to use other companies.

It's great, easy to use, customer service very helpful. Never had a problem. Just that keeps saying don't recognize my phone, but i just press ok, it goes thru. Lol.
