Xpenditure Expense Management

It constantly freezing, I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I enter an expense. When you talk to technical support they say you have done everything we would have you do other than buy an apple phone. If not for my company making me use this app, I would not use it. Did I mention the cama/ decimal is never in the right place and it constantly erases anything you had put in when it decides to freeze.

Great upload of receipts via picture or screen shot. This version for android fixes a lot of the issues which made the application unusable without the web site. I can now capture, fill in, edit, submit receipts and records from app. It is a great improvement which makes business expenses management on the go easy.

It was perfect until the last update, which it crashes several times before or after taking photos on Android 6.0.1 please fix this ASAP. FYI. I tried to do a fresh install but it didn't solve the problem.

All my scanned business cards have disappeared with the latest update. This feature appears to have been removed without so much as "by your leave".

Last update causes the program to lock up, have to keep restarting

Worst application! The latest update doesn't work at all. Uploading the receipts were pretty simplistic a few versions ago..now it's just a nightmare. Horrible guys..give us back the simple old app!!

The new update has vastly improved the camera. The previous update vastly improved the quality of the uploads. Looking great!

OCR worked well enough, but one issue I have with this app is that, with the creation of an account, there is no verification required or password confirmation. If a user creates an account with an incorrect password, they'll need to change it afterwards. Also, with no need for verification of email, others could in turn squat on accounts.

This app is totally useless. Rather capture in dropbox and use that way. Image captured via app dont show up anywhere. App do not sync payment method once its updated on web. Total watse of time

It freezes up on me and I have to uninstall and start over again. New version needs some work.

Would like to be able to upload straight to Freeagent from the app

Very good concept but the app doesn't always bring up the expenses and business cards I've saved when I open it. It shows none saved sometimes, and sometimes when i open the app, it shows all of them there. Can be frustrating if I'm looking for a client's contact info and it's not showing up where/when is supposed to.

Absolute waste of time - had no ends of problems with scanned data and customer service was atrocious..

This makes my life so easy. For those minimal cost this program is just superb. I would always use it again

Keeps track of receipts brilliantly top app

Spent an hour doing expenses and it didn't save them. ...furious!

There are 2 major problems that I noticed: 1) The app logs you out when an update is applied. 2) once in a while, the app opens and you're not logged in but the app still looks like it works. Any receipt uploaded in that state will be lost in limbo. You need to close the app and reopen it.

Xpenditure saves my company soooo much time and money!! I can't believe I didn't subscribe to Xpenditure any sooner

I usually only write reviews for the apps I don't like, but when I got an email from CEO and co-founder of this app, Boris Bogaert, I thought I should share my experience. Here's what I told him... I expect Xpenditure to record my receipts and accurately import the data into the fields of: amount, payee, and date and allow for me to select category. I'd also like to be able to export the data into a spreadsheet. So far, it meets all of these. I have been very happy with Xpenditure, especially compared to Expensify. In fact, I have already shared this app with several business associates of mine because time is our most valuable asset. Please feel free to share part or all of this recommendation. Thank you for creating Xpenditure!

The application and the site still need a lot of UX improvements. Not being able to add details in the app forces you to go through the receipts twice. The app also lacks defaults (from previous entry or even globals like country etc). Also too many confirmation clicks required in the app.

I prefer the app for uploading receipts in the background , but then I need to use the website to add time items. Irritating.

App is fine when it works. Unfortunately it frequently is unable to load records, and too often is unable to add a receipt after taking a photo

Now unable to upload receipts, which pretty much makes the application pointless and "down"... Sadly, this happens way too often and becoming a tool that isn't stable or useful.

Can not add more expenses in the category as required.

Contacted support and was told to fix my issue by uninstall and reinstall. Fix worked . happier user again.

Concept is ok, but I have to restart it alot for it to work properly when adding new expenses. (Motorola moto g 2014)

A lot of leading app in this segment are not even close to what xpenditure is doing. Well done ... Good jobe

App always crashing. Have to delete and re download weekly.

Horrid on a Note 4. Allows you to take photo of receipt, but then adding "paid with" type will not give access to keyboard. Unable to populate group or category, so I just saved it and it threw an error. Uninstalling now.

When working this is a great app, saves a bucket of time but it often has a moments:- Select open with camera does not remember the setting next times it opens. Often when taking a photo of a receipt it "forgets" it’s taken one and just goes back to the enter screen. The only fix is to close down and start again. As I work in Europe it would be nice to be able to set a default Currency. Needs work but great potential
