Mariand estudio ballet y teatro, es una persona sumamente artística y creativa, cosa que podemos percibir en la calidad de sus vídeos, donde generalmente explota las tonalidades de colores y formas.

Tiene un hermano llamado Sergio, con quien tiene otro canal con el nombre de yuyacast (Aqui No Me Maquillo). Él es mejor conocido como "Fichis" y tiene su propio canal llamado "Fichis in the House"
