Can't sign in to my account on the app. It just goes back to login everytime I enter my details. Before you tell me to make sure I have an account, I do have a registered account.

Would be better if you could browse through items....although good to be able to check points.

Tells me i have a zero balance even though my transactions say otherwise

Just more spyware dressed up as loyalty rewards scheme.

Can you please allow us to search without logging in?

Unusally high battery drain. Why does it need to stay on in the background the whole time. Just update points balance once a day. As long as the widget shows points and barcode, that should be all thats needed. Remember the good old KISS principle! ..... just received the response below. Why is that as a response, surely that information should be part of the initial setup of the app

Needs access to too much stuff (location, media, camera, bluetooth etc). All I wanted was the digital fly buys card and maybe check points balance. The other stuff is superfluous and should be opt-in only. Took a screenshot of the card page and deleted the app.

Drains my battery, i don't understand why this app needs to use 1% of my battery every hour

Uses 1% battery per hour even when I haven't been into the app for days, why is it constantly running. Even after I turned off location services it continues to drain a 1% an hour

A sliding calendar to enter date of birth? Defaulted to current day? Who designed this registration process? Very very poor UI and process. Not usable.

Keeps coming up as excessive battery usage and slows the whole phone down.

Like the app. Would like to see my balance at a glance in a widget & access from the widget to app. That would make it more efficient for me anyway lol

Frustrating app, why do I need to repeatedly sign in? No use trying to sign in while standing at store counter waiting to scan phone bar code, more flybuys points missed! Just send me a fly buys card please!

Easy to navigate and well laid out

I have a card. I have tried to register my card online and it sends me in endless circles asking me to pick a password then asking me to pick a card design over and over again. I then tried just signing in and it said my card number or password is incorrect. Which it isn't.

Just a suggestion. Could you put the first thing you see when you open the app the page with your flybuys card and barcode. Your site directions are not straightforward. Who wants to hunt for a card number on an app when they are in a hurry. I would just as well shop elsewhere where its easier to understand. Very frustrating when you go to buy special in a super busy store

Bits are coming soon. Shows point balance as 1 but history shows 100 or so.

After the latest update, all the app can do is displaying this message: "Uh oh, we're having trouble connecting... Please try again." Please fix it.

I get to the login screen but then can't log in although username and password are correct

App doesn't appear to have the ability to auto rotate. Not much use when using a tablet.

I have high speed fibre, correct login info, but the "uh oh" error show it does not connect, after multiple tries. Android 5.1

Doesn't recognise password. Changed twice.

Since the last update all I get is uh oh, cannot connect. Please fix.
