Scheduled deliveries aren't honored. You are forced to make immediate bookings in a frenzy, which also get terribly delayed. You end up paying the rates for immediate booking. None of the issues raised are immediately acknowledged or resolved when they are acknowledged. Being a food outlet, deliveries need to made on time. Doesn't really help!!

Not sure why these startups are not reading reviews. I read the review and thought this application might have been improved but still there are very basic issues like unable to sign up. These bugs should have come up in initial round of testing. How can you sell your service when you haven't tested whether user is able to login to the service. Poor standards of IT

Worst worst worst app I ever used, if you have lots of money or if you get lots of profit on your business then install this because this app ruined your business one-day. Delivery guys are treated us as they give us business.
