Terrible! Some provider information is many many many years out dated. Some listed have been gone for YEARS and the ones current aren't listed at all. Locations are totally wrong.

Pretty useless to find a Dr if you live outside a metropolitan area. I live in northeast GA and know all my doctors are in network. Can't find a single one. In fact, can't find a single Dr withing less than 57mi. App wants me to travel to Atlanta or S. Carolina to find a GP.

Fingerprint scanner not working. And many addresses wrong. Near me it shows over half dozen doctors working out of a Hy-vee and a bunch more at an abandoned golf course.

Information is incorrect in regards to providers. There are disconnected numbers, providers that are no longer at locations, and such. It makes it very difficult to actually find a provider.

When I first got the app last year it worked flawlessly. Now with each update I get less and less functionality. It is becoming worthless and doesn't even show my status correctly. Its off by about $3500

Useless like .... On a bull. No operation of the office times. Google maps can provide you that. When you need an ER it will show you only urgent Care that is NOT open at 2am. This junk is just taking up space on my phone.

This $ is not updated...It said my MRI cost estimate $132.. according to provider it cost $350. I called ins they stated whatever the provider charge is correct...Castlight needs to update their app info.

It's easy enough to use if your not looking for something specific. I don't like that when I back out from a doctor's description it takes me back to the top of the most rather than where I was. There's no specific search function for a type of doctor such as DO vs MD..
