Toyota Roadside Assist

I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere, tried the app, it told me it was out of date, so I used my data to update it and it still doesn't work. Had to change it ourselves. That is not why I bought the service.

I would probably love this app if it would let me enter my vin number. My vin starts with a number so when I enter the number the next letter delets the number and starts over?? Does anyone else have this issue. I'm using a galaxy s3 with jelly bean. Not really diggong the jelly bean so far either!

Having the same error as others where when I try to open it, it says he version is out of date. I just downloaded it!

I have not been able to open the app since I downloaded. It tells me this is not the updated version. Unable to update.....

I recently became a Toyota owner and downloaded this app. Every time I try to open it, I get a msg saying that this version is currently out of date and to download the current version, then it brings me back here. According to the Play Store, this is the current version. I've even tried uninstalling and re-installing it a couple of times but still no luck

Literally just downloaded it, but it says it is out of date and need to install a new version. Reinstalling does not help. Two different phones: droid maxx and HTC one m8

This app worked great until recently. Mow it keeps saying to download the new app but it won't load so now I don't have Toyota roadside assistance.

Same complaint as all others below. You would think with this many complaints the app would be fixed by now.

Enter your VIN, register, make sure you're up to date, click call button and it calls for you, sending info along to the service desk. Worked very well.

Uninstalled and installed it back and it is still saying that i need to update it. It was working perfectly before the update

I have no use for an app that I am unable to use because of messages that you do not have the most current version of the app, yet that is all that is available on Play Store

I entered all my info, it dialed, sent touch tones, but the call center said none of it reaches them. Spent 15 mins spelling everything out again.

Just bought a Toyota and downloaded this app only to be told that it's not the right one.

App says a new version is available but no new version is available to download which basically renders the app useless. Thanks Toyota.

When i open i always get an error message update to new version. I do not find any newer version available in playstore. Now my App is not even opening......

Earlier problem with unable to enter the app due 'version update issues' has since been clarified by developer as a site maintenance issue, now fixed. Have since reinstalled the app and registered with no problems. Hopefully I never will have to use it.

When I open the app, it says that I don't have the latest version sans need to update. It won't let me do anything in the app. This problem persists even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Use to work until it said I had to update to the latest version. Now after the update it still says I dont have the latest version.

Doesn't work. When I try to use it I get an error message saying the version is out of date - download a new one. This is the only version on Google Play. At the minimum the app should offer to update to the latest version if it exists. I have a Samsung S5 with current firmare.

All it says now is current version out of date download new one but there isn't an update available.

Claims latest version is out of date and will not run! My phone is encrypted, this piece of software appears incapable of running on an encrypted drive. The very definition of a poorly written piece of code.

Loaded app for it to tell me the app is out of date and will not open. WTF

installed, attempted to open, received message "newer version available", would not open. uninstalled, unable to find updated version. did all the tricks : restart phone, dump cache/data, uninstall/reinstall. nothing worked.

Each time I open this app it forces me to the app store and states that the app is out of date . . Yet there is not a newer version. FAIL.

Keeps telling me this app out of date, download current. one. However this is the only one that seems to be available. Glad I'm not in immediate need of assistance and really glad I tried to use prior to going on vacation. Hello AAA
