About Cell Culture Split Calculator
A quick calculator designed to help life scientists split calculate splits when passaging cells in cell culture and tissue culture.
Just put in the tissue culture flask/vessel sizes and the split ratio and it will tell you exactly what to do.
Based on your split ratios, culture vessels and media volumes the app calculates the media volumes and number of flasks needed. The app then gives step by step instructions on how to complete your passage.
The app currently calculates splits for adherent cells based on surface area only. If there is enough interest in the comments I will add a calculator for cells in suspension.

Love the app, but small recent problem. Since last update, no matter what size vessel I enter, app tells me to take 0.0ml of suspension. Possibly a rounding error?

It shoukd have smaller amounts. It keeps telling me to decant 0.0mls and I'm like wat i work with mostly micro liters so this would be so much more useful if it has smaller amts.
