المفروض يكون فيه خاصية البحث بالعنوان، مثلا عايز مستشفى أو صيدلية في مدينة نصر، بالوضع الحالي لو كتبت مدينة نصر مش هيطلع لي غير المستشفيات والصيدليات اللي جزء من اسمها مدينة نصر. أيضا مفيش بحث بالتخصصات الطبية سواء للمستشفيات أو الأطباء.
