Great idea. I love walking when I turn this on. I don't like finding out that it glitched again and instead of the mile I walked it only registered .020 miles I either have to walk more and hope or give up.

Love the idea. Too bad it's all American centered charities.

Will this app drain my battery fast? Is this app safe? T-Mobile Samsung Note 4

Fantastic initiative but application affected by bugs and crashes

First of all I like the fact it is supposed to donate money for a charity, however, to get it to work I have to change my location to gps only. Also if I get a text or call, I have to close it out completely. There is also no way to track total miles or how much was donated? I stopped for about one min. to stetch my low back and it restarted so I lost half of my miles. It also would be nice if you had specific cancers. Our son was lost to melanoma. See if you can fix these issues and it is a wonderful app.

I used this app this morning just fine. 10 minutes ago I updated to the newest version and now it's a useless total crap show. I cannot get into anything. Also: where did my profile/acct settings/activity history go?? I try to pick a charity and I get errors and time outs. What gives? Please find corrections ASAP. Edit: reinstalling helped solve issues for now. Thx

M70%
by M####:

I use to use this app all the time. Now, with each update it becomes less stable. The changes to the user interface have gotten progressively more intrusive, and poorly done. Currently, the text (eg "Indoor run") does not fit in the space allotted for it and is cut off. There are too many taps to get from open the app to running. Installed the app several years ago. Might be time to finally give up.

M70%
by M####:

Uninstalled months back as it never had Meningitis Trust nor Cancer Research. Months passed and I've reinstalled and it still has none of these WORLDWIDE charities, instead it's all Americanised. There's a world outside of the US! Arrogant app

M70%
by M####:

Really like this concept, but the app is terrible. I couldn't even sign up because it keeps timing out. It would be easier to write a check and run to my favorite charity to hand-deliver the check, rather than wait for the app to function properly.

J70%
by J####:

Numerous bugs got fixed, but then the devs got overzealous and started messing with the UI--WHY?! You used to be able to easily select a charity and a workout type from lists; now it's 500 taps to change charities and you have to swipe to change workout types. Who the HECK thought either of these would make things "easier"? Certainly not faster!

M70%
by M####:

Sitting down watching this trash add miles, i am not moving. Negative stars. Update fail. Picking how to record your session is blocked out in window. Also, why can't you save session data without data or wifi. I twice walked 6 miles, closed app and lost all data. I walked 6 miles, left app open, drove home, and got credit for 17 miles. Fail

L70%
by L####:

Great idea, poor implementation. It gives me an error code when trying to pick a charity so I cannot participate. Reinstalling the app does not help either.

T70%
by T####:

Newest update does not work! It stops measuring distance after 0.2 miles, despite high accuracy location detection settings!

M70%
by M####:

I like the app, however I do wish I could link my Fitbit account with it. I do not have a smart phone, and the only way my steps will help a charity is if I put my tablet in a backpack while I'm using the treadmill at the gym.

M70%
by M####:

Tried to select my charity and get nothing but error messages and app crashes. Deleted app, downloaded again and still having same problems. The most recent update destroyed this app.

M70%
by M####:

I use this app for HRC. While I love the charity aspect, this app is so so so glitchy. I lose miles constantly as it randomly "restarts" my workout. Anyone else groan and curse when they check their phone to see the characteristic ad picture growing and the big zeroes bouncing into place after you just thought you logged a big workout?!? At first I thought it was the transition from data to wifi that reset it but it'll also do it randomly during the day when I'm on the same wifi network so I really just think it's an app issue. Other trackers can somehow hold miles for days without issues... It is possible!! We can only dream CM figures it out so these charities get the money they're due!

M70%
by M####:

New update broke this app. It's no longer possible to change charity without it timing out. Very disappointed this wasn't tested.

S70%
by S####:

It drains the battery really fast and it's not exactly accurate about the distances that you have done. But I use it because its for a good cause and we can make a small but significant impact on the world.

M70%
by M####:

I like it in general, but it won't let me change the charity. I did delete and reinstall as suggested. It still gives me an error message.

M70%
by M####:

This app has a great concept, but it allows people to donate money to autism speaks, which is effectively a hate organization against people with autism.

M70%
by M####:

Usually love this app, but after I downloaded the update it hasn't been tracking accurately at all. Says my 1.5 mile walk was like 0.02 miles!

M70%
by M####:

Last update with the swipe feature is not a success. Text is partially hidden from the activity selection menu.

M70%
by M####:

Great motivator but each update make the app more difficult to use. Now you have to use the side menu to change charities. I've already had to uninstall the app twice to fix it.

M70%
by M####:

Great idea, but it never works anymore. Today I walked for 30+ minutes, and the app said I went .01 miles. What's the point of it doesn't do what is supposed to?

M70%

This app is helping me to stay healthy by tracking my outdoor walks. It is so very helpful and also enables me to rack up contributions for my favorite charity.

X70%

I love being able to raise money for charity with this app! The number of miles you actually log depends on your phone. Outdoor is always accurate for me on my LG phones, but indoor mode is overly generous on my new Android (more money for charity!). The thing I like least is that I am required to have my location on in order to use CM on Indoor Mode.

FIX YOUR GPS Used to work great, now it doesn't track anything if I turn the screen lock on. Didn't have this problem before the last update. Please fix it, I just ran a 5k and it logged me at 0.00 miles at the end. Sorry Wounded Warrior, guess you're not getting the money today. Please fix it, I love what this app does and it's always such a shame when that happens. (never have that issue with woof Trax) ORIGINAL REVIEW I love being able to track my dog walks and bike rides on here, and it works for a good cause. And on top of it all, it keeps your profile and shows you money raised by users.

Fitness Trackers.. I just downloaded the app not even five minutes ago.. I just signed up about five seconds ago. Did you know that fitness Trackers have taken the world by storm? I know. Not everyone has one, keep the GPS option in place. BUT add the ability to add a fitness tracker, PLEASE. I have used a rewards app, that was ultimately very bad itself. That had the capability to use a fitness tracker.. I go so many places where I do not have my phone, but I have my Fitbit. It would be so helpful!!!

Feelgood factor is good knowing you are helping by exercising. Would like to see charities relevant to country of participant and option to auto sync activities with my Strava account as I use my GPS watch so I don't have to carry my phone. Sometimes forget too with all the things to set going before a run!
